You can't really beat the price on this one. The owner is very friendly, always willing to help with anything you may need during your stay! The location was really nice. A bit far from the center, but I think it has the highest concentration of cafes and restaurants in the city! So there's always a new place to eat every meal. We got the biggest room in the hotel, but our bathroom was still really small. The door hinges were rusty and didn't open very well. The shower also ran out of hot water quite quickly. The owner was very friendly and helpful, but he wasn't always very present. He was often out of the hotel and we could only reach him on phone via whatsapp. We got a BnB, so we were supposed to have breakfast everyday, however, the hotel doesn't have its own breakfast. It actually shares with a cafe out back on the corner of the street, which was fine, but that cafe closed 3 days into our trip and we had to find other options as the hotel didn't have anything else to offer. (The owner was kind enough to give us a discounted price for the room to offset this, but still, thought I should mention it here that you may be without breakfast until he finds another place to serve the guests.)

The apartment was exceptionally clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. The owner was super helpful and responsive, making the experience even better. Overall, it was an excellent choice.

Location is perfect. You are close to the city center, but also in a peaceful neighborhood, that offers the atmosphere of locals everyday living. Host is kind, rooms are clean and beds comfy. I would highly recommend restaurant La Piazza - located in the same street only 50 meters for the apartments building.
