Great price, near some quality food. They didn’t charge me for a day when I had a mishap and missed a day. So that was cool. A bit far from the center, at least by walking.

when we arrived, after a long way, the room they prepared for us was not cleaned. i can understand that it happend from time to time, but they need about an hour to manage to give us another room. in the end they gave us another room

Great offer for that price (breakfast was very good, free park place 10 meters from hotel) If You dont want to go to the city by own car, there is good connectivity by public transport - trolley 29. Very kind staff.

This hotel offers great value for the price. The bathroom was very clean but there was bad smell coming out of the floor drain.

The lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming — and that’s where the positives end. She kindly gave me a room on the ground floor, described as having a terrace, at no extra charge. However, it turned out to be just a small outdoor space facing dull concrete blocks — definitely not what you'd expect from a "terrace." The photos on Booking.com did not reflect the actual room or the breakfast area. The shower was broken and not clean, with an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The toilet bowl was loose, and there was no Netflix as advertised. Breakfast was made with low-quality ingredients, and the staff member present was neither polite nor welcoming. Tables and chairs were noticeably worn, adding to the overall run-down feel of the place. This location is in serious need of renovation and certainly doesn’t live up to a 3-star rating. If I had another option and wasn’t being charged, I wouldn’t have stayed even half an hour.

The hotel is quite good for the money spent. The front desk guys were very kind and helpful with real smiles! The breakfast was outstanding, especially the hot bakery made probably in the hotel’s kitchen. The waitress lady was also very attentive . People, make and keep it fully booked all year round !

The staff is amazing and they are ready to help you in any situation. The hotel needs some renovations.
