Great location Clean, good breakfast

The staff members were exceptionally helpful and courteous, and the breakfast was excellent. The shower was the only aspect of our stay that did not meet expectations. After a long flight and extensive travel, we were really looking forward to being able to shower and relax immediately upon check-in. Unfortunately, the shower flooded the entire bathroom, as it appears the drain is positioned higher than the surrounding floor, causing water to flow outward instead of draining properly. I’m sure the hotel is already aware of this issue, but it significantly impacted our experience. Aside from that, the room itself was clean and beautifully presented, just a disappointing execution on the bathroom side.

The spa area is quite small. All visitors use the sauna while wearing swimwear, which is not in line with proper sauna rules. This should be clearly stated somewhere for guests. If the sauna culture is inspired by Finland, then the proper sauna etiquette and rules should also be communicated and respected

Great location. Roof top terrace was amazing. Rooms are North American standard, specious, modern, well designed. Welcome gift appreciated. Bed, shower, water, all necessities as expected. Property very clean, with one exception. There is smoking permission at the restaurants, effectively chased us out from having breakfast and dinners there. Unbelievable for this hotel chain to allow this. Room service did not clean the room the next day. Reception default answer was “perhaps DND sign?” (We never use that). Reception could not confirm whether daily room clean up was policy or not.

From the moment we checked in, Hilton Belgrade lived up to its name. The room was spacious, spotless, and modern, with a huge window letting in natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall design felt premium yet warm. Breakfast was a highlight. The spread was generous—everything from fresh pastries and fruits to hot made-to-order eggs—and the quality was consistent each morning. Service staff were attentive without being intrusive, which made mornings even better. The location is a winner. It’s right in the heart of Belgrade, within walking distance to St. Sava Temple, Nikola Tesla Museum, and plenty of cafés. It’s also well-connected for exploring other parts of the city. What stood out most was the service—polished, friendly, and eager to help. It’s clear the team is trained to make guests feel valued. Overall, a great blend of comfort, convenience, and service. Would absolutely stay here again when in Belgrade. "No pool was a letdown for a property of this level, and the lack of free parking for guests felt off. The car park is available, but it’s paid. For a long stay, that adds up fast. Also, while the room and facilities were good, the absence of certain family-friendly amenities made it feel less convenient for traveling with kids."

Everything was great!

room, excellent staff

It was not updated in last 7-8 years. AC did not work properly, the lowest temp we were told was 20C which is quite warm for hot evenings. The air in the room was stale. Some areas at the roof top bar were not available to hotel guests without any explanations.

The location was little bit far from kenza mihalia street .. about 21 mins walk $ also far from old town if we consider walking also .. other than that everything was fine

The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and very clean. The price was also very reasonable compared to other nearby hotels, making it a great value overall. While everything was generally good, the overall luxury level of the hotel wasn’t quite top-tier—I’d rate it around 8 out of 10 in terms of luxury.

Excellent location in a very nice part of the city. Just across the street from the airport shuttle as well. And Djordje from the concierge was excellent, he assisted on all our needs, thanks to him ? The restaurant on the 8th floor was very chic and live with an excellent variety of food. Everything was just perfect.
