Location is great, bathrooms are large and clean. Decent breakfast selection No real windows to open, no elevator. Staff does help with the suitcase up to the room though.

I liked everything! The staff was extremely nice, the breakfast was great -- a small buffet with some options to order like granola and omelet, the room was awesome -- stylish, comfortable, had everything I needed. The bed was pretty comfortable, pillows to. Felt really great about the neighbourhood -- cafes, stores, center, everything is near, barely had to use transport, almost everything is reachable by walking :) It was a great stay overall! The only super minor thing -- the shower is quite hard to regulate to not make the whole bathroom floor wet, had to use more towels to stop the water from running out of the bathroom on the carpet than necessary :D

Every thing, very nice hotel with warm welcome, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great with fantastic touch, the staff is so friendly and welcoming and takes care of everyone. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and welcoming

Absolutely amazing stay – 10/10! From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a true 5-star experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of delicious options. Couldn’t ask for more – highly recommended!

The stuff is very helpful and kind. Always helpful. We arrived earlier and one of the rooms was ready and they did everything to get the second room ready asap. The hotel's design is very elegant and the rooms are very nice and clean, they change the towels daily. The breakfast is just right, fresh and with enough variety. The location is good. Walking distance from everything and nearby a public transportation. It is close to main street but quite. We check out early 4am and the kitchen made us a bag to go with sandwichs and fruits. Very nice!!! Nothing. Notice - there is no elevator but the stuff helps with the luggage. Disable ppl will have a little problem.

Everything about Hanami Hotel was excellent — the rooms, service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding with great variety and quality, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the stay.

The breakfast truly deserves special praise — fresh, high-quality ingredients, excellent variety, and beautifully prepared dishes that make every morning a pleasure. It was without a doubt one of the highlights of the stay. An outstanding experience overall and a hotel I would gladly return to.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Belgrade. The service was excellent and truly personal, including great recommendations for trips in and outside the city, as well as help with transportation arrangements. The dry and wet saunas were very pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the personal attention made all the difference. So, I choose this hotel specifically because there was a sauna, however, they wanted to charge 20 per day extra for use, which I thought should have been disclosed. Also my room was very damp and moldy. Extra undisclosed cost to use sauna, damp and moldy bathrooms.

Cool design, small boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Spa was very minimal, booked it for an hour, stayed for about 15 minutes.

Everything was excellent. Attentive and friendly staff that are pleasure to talk to. A cozy restaurant with a street view and a rich breakfast. Located in the center of many attractions minimizing the need to use a car in this busy city. Great bed and amenities in the room. All problems at the beginning were in few minutes by the staff, just how service needs to be. The manger is a lovely and considerate person that we loved to interact with. Lots of small restaurants around and a supermarket that is always open just 20 meters away. Felt like we found our long lost family :-) The parking lot was a little shabby, but close. Parking cost us 15 euro per night. No elevator.
