Staff is very rude, and the card machine was broken and they tried to do myself to withdraw money and pay a lotnof taxes

Wonderful staff, clear instructions, great location, fair value for money

Good location I booked this hostel because of its high rating, but the actual experience was very disappointing. The bed linen and blanket were very dirty. There was hair on the bed, visible yellow stains on the blanket, and the pillow was also unclean. It felt like the bedding had not been properly washed or sanitized. The hostel did provide towels, but they were extremely rough and stiff, almost like a floor mat, and not comfortable to use at all. On top of that, I lost hot water halfway through my shower, and this happened in winter, which made the experience even worse. For a hostel with such a high rating, the level of cleanliness and basic facilities does not match expectations. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.

I don‘t like anything. The sheets are not changed, the tableware is not washed, the noise is constant, and the clerk is lazy.

The location was good and the staff I had contact with via Viber and through Booking were very prompt and helpful. All the instructions given were fantastic, clear and on point. That was a very good and clever way to have a late check in and I was glad for that. The fact that the photos of the bathroom were very far from reality. Towels provided were washed but had mold stains and were in poor shape. Nothing from the photos of the bathroom was provided and I was in shock to see how unsanitary the whole place was. The bathroom was in a very poor shape, there was urine all around the toilet, the floor was wet and stinky, the sink was very dirty and cleaning supplies were not provided. There was a moldy towel and half spent package of wipes underneath the sink, that stank of stale unwashed clothes. This was really not ok, and I do hope this review helps the hostel do better or at least have a better routine when it comes to cleaning. That was not acceptable at all for the price and was the reason I chose to cancel and leave, as I got an opportunity to do so. I do really regret the booking of this location and I do feel this was a complete scam! Beware!

We stayed in a twin room. It was pretty okay to sleep just one night. The location was amazing. Walkable to the old town and many restaurants/cafes/bars nearby. The price was super reasonable for the private room, so I didn't expect much, though we deeply regretted that we didn't bring earplugs... The staff was kind. The balcony was nice! Cleanliness and sound insulation were the main issues. The hallway and stairway leading to the hostel entrance smelled like urine. The room itself was clean enough, but the pillow was so old that I could feel dirt and saliva from previous guests. There was a lot of aged, open, stale, and forgotten food in the fridge. The towel provided was not really a towel, but a very worn-out rug—still usable, but I’d recommend bringing your own. Sound insulation was extremely poor. You could hear everything from the common space and the bathroom next to the room — doors slamming, people talking, dishes clanking, and more.

Nothing - please avoid this place This was by far the dirtiest hostel I have ever stayed in. The bed had someone else’s hair and visible dirt on the sheets, and the towels provided were old and musty. Guests leave their belongings scattered everywhere and hang their clothes to dry all around the common areas, making the place feel even more chaotic. The floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months, and the bathroom was equally filthy, with other people’s towels lying around. Everything felt worn-out, neglected, and unhygienic. On top of that, the sound insulation was terrible—you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and from the outside as well. The one of public transport lines is in the same street. Reception only works until 5 PM, and if you try to call afterward, nobody answers. It honestly feels like they don’t care at all about the guests. When I complained about a roommate who snored loudly all night, the receptionist showed no concern and offered no solution. It also seemed that many people were living there long-term, treating the hostel as their permanent home. This made the atmosphere feel less like a place for travelers and more like an overcrowded residence, which added to the discomfort and lack of safety. I would strongly advise avoiding this hostel.

Location was clean and atmosphere relaxing.
-
Central location, equipped kitchen, comfy beds in the shared room especially those with curtains. Mess with the lockers. I have requested access to one, they are supposed to be managed electronically over an application, but the personnel probably was busy, so i had to carry values on me

Clean, professionaly run, pleasant experience 0

private spacey bunk bed, clean bathrooms, easy going staff

Location of the hostel is in the heart of the city and their staff was truly accommodating and pleasant. I would absolutely book my room again next time I visit Belgrade. There is nothing in particular that I didn't like about this hostel.

Sound proof is not good in this old building. Shower head in one bathroom is leaking.
-
Fantastic hostel with super comfortable beds! Even in a full dorm, I felt like I had my own little space — each bed has a privacy curtain, a spacious shelf, and a secure drawer for storage. Everything was thoughtfully designed. I’d happily stay here again! The only small downside is that there are just two bathrooms for the whole hostel, so you might have to wait a bit during peak hours — but it wasn’t a big deal

There are just 2 bathrooms for many people, and one of them have a broken door shower. Reception finished at 5 and might get tricky to enter the hostel. You have to remember or have in hand a code to open a lock box to get the key and put it back. Locker is tiny, won't fit a backpack, and the bed doesn't have curtains. The ladder to climb to the upper bed is very slim, so difficult to go up. No outlet power close to the bed.

Exceptional

Got bed with double curtains so that was nice, clean and tidy. Bathroom was good size and very clean. Sleep was not good either nights - people would be BANGING on the front door from 11pm to check in ?? And ringing door bell at 5am to be let in. The streets are non-stop here also so bring earbuds.
