Excellent location. Lovely people, helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast. Free parking.

The staff were incredibly nice and the location is perfect. The suite did not feel clean. The duvet was not put inside the bedsheet. It was in the closet and had some stains and somebody’s hair on it. The sofa had mild cigarette smell. The coffee machine was not properly cleaned either.

Ideally situated in the heart of the historic old sector of Belgrade, Public House provides an excellent location for exploring the city’s most interesting restaurants, bars, and historical sites on foot.

The location, the staff, the clean rooms, the spa, the great breakfast, the vibe The old windows, maybe they are not allowed to replace them.

Good location, super helpful staff, parking spot. It was a very good choice for one night stay, but can be a bit challenging for longer stays. The staff was so frindly and carrying. The breakfast was really okay, there were many different options and was fresh and tasty. Partially renovated, noisy, bit smelly room. Tha bathroom was fully renovated, but the bedroom was a bit oldish. There was a funny smell when we came into the room, and felt that smell during the night as well. It's on a busy street so expect a bit noise but nothing too distracting.

Great location, comfortable rooms and an amazing staff. We felt welcomed.

Parking seems to be limited although I got garage spot without extra charge. Nevertheles, it may be an issue for more busy days.

We are staying in this hotel every time when we come to Belgrade. Location is perfect, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is great and bonus: hotel offers free parking! Even though some rooms are oriented toward Kneza Milosa street (very busy street), rooms are perfectly quiet. Staff is nice and welcoming and always ready to support. Everything is great, as usual

Nothing There was no elavator to my room. I book this hotel because of the parking but there was no place in the garage. They told me to park in the street but my car was pulled in the morning. I paid fee. The person in the reception did not want to help me, she yelled at me. They helped me when I cried. Most of the food in the breakfast consist pork, and there is no sign for food. I came for the work, I needed an iron. They did not give me, they told me they can do it for me by charging 2 euros for each clothes.

Everything was fine. We are very satisfied. Perfect location in the City center. The guy from the staff was always available for help regarding the car parking. Lady from reception was very kind and helpful. We are very satisfied. Strongly recomend!

Very nice property and friendly staff. A little far from the walking street and fort but not that bad. Maybe 15-20 min walk. Also heater seemed to be on, no AC so had to leave the window open.

The location was perfect, in the center of the city and 1min walk until bus station. It was perfectly clean, very delicious breakfast and the stuff were all very friendly and nice. Definitely worth the money.

Super friendly, engaged and helpful staff! Good breakfast with some positions changing day-to-day. Perfect location - lots of POIs within walking distance, a grocery store in a nearby building. Super clean and well-equipped rooms. Parking is included, which is otherwise a pricy/complex enough thing in this part of Belgrade. Historical building, which has its cons and pros, but wasn't anyhow a problem for us, rather a bonus. You can open the windows, which is a unique perk :). It was noisy due to protests/police, and we couldn't get to the hotel due to police blocking streets, but it's not anyhow hotel's issue, rather the opposite, the hotel staff was helping us, trying to help get us closer to the hotel. There is always potential for nitpicking, but those were minor things and potentially a matter of taste/preferences, so i'd not mention anything specific.

The hotel is clean, close to the center. The staff is apparently friendly, but unfortunately in our case they showed misunderstanding. When I booked, the booking app gave an error 2 times ("checking something" e endlessly), it worked the third time, so they charged me 3 times the amount for the same night (the booking was supposed to be 110 euros and they charged me 330 euros). I expected a refund of the extra amount paid for the 2 nights with an error because of booking.com, but the website, together with the hotel, decided to keep the money for themselves, then cut off communication completely. Shameful!
