Pretty loud on street, since it is popular place, however it is ok with closed windows.

No elevator, you have to carry the bags into your room. You need to walk on the street and carry the bags into the stones. Pillow cover was all cut

Location is good in the city center. Staff members weren’t polite. Nobody helped with my luggage and I had to carry it through many stairs. Manager was rude and very slow. It smelled very bad in the bathroom, so we had to ask for a room change. There wasn’t toilet paper in the room.

When I turned the AC on, it caused me to cough and sneeze. I believe it's moldy and needs cleaning. I turned it off and opened the window.

Great location, many restaurants and coffee shops close by, big, comfortable room, helpful staff

We were given a room at the very end of the hotel with so many stairs to climb and no ramps. We had to leave our stroller in the reception because of all the stairs. Breakfast was nice but everyday same food was served.

Very good stay for 1 short day

the 2 twin bed that make a double bed, is not comfortable at all, you can feel the valley in the middle the double bed are 2 twins you feel the valley and smell cigars

Too many stairs to find room, up, down...

I liked everything about the property except your price was extortionate. They actually gasped when they looked at it. You charged me €72 for a room that overlooked a building site. Room actually is worth 27 pounds a night. I’m disgusted at how much you ripped me off. You’re supposed to be a value, but you weren’t to talk to me. I feel completely and utterly exploited by Booking.com not the hotel.

It was my third time staying at this hotel. The location is amazing, with most attractions being within walking distance. The staff was friendly, too. The cleaning was not completely impeccable, but still OK.

Unfortunately the room was extremely dirty and the room didn’t look like the pictures at all. If you have heavy luggage it’s uncomfortable to get to the hotel there are loads of stairs and coming late in the night sadly nobody from the hotel offered to help seeing me struggling with the bags. Also there was a wired vibe from the receptionist in the evening but people working in the morning were very welcoming.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Hotel Majestic, but our arrival left a very poor first impression. We came from the airport early in the morning, hoping to drop off our luggage before check-in time. The front desk staff member on duty (Dragon) was unwelcoming and dismissive — he did not check our reservation in the system, barely glanced at my ID, and repeatedly questioned whether we even had a booking. For guests arriving tired after an overnight journey, this kind of reception is simply unacceptable. First impressions matter enormously in hospitality, and this interaction fell far short of what guests deserve. We hope management addresses this, as it does not reflect the otherwise good reputation of the property.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was excellent.

Majestic is my favorites whenever visiting Serbia. In the centre with everything cares me on walking distance. Nice rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast, easy access.
