location is excellent - very centrally located and free parking. rooms are nice. interesting fact about Belgrade: public transport is free and good! breakfast was OK - nothing spectacular.

Great check in experience. I had a vehicle and the staff sent a video to show where/how to access parking (which would have been a nightmare figuring out on my own). Fabulous location.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh food. The overall service and hospitality were of a very high standard. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and felt comfortable throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would gladly stay here again

The service was poor. My room was ignored by housekeeping all day; they only knocked on my door five minutes before the end of their shift, just as I had returned to the room and it was no longer convenient. To top it off, I was woken up at 6:00 AM by a loud knock on my door for a wake-up call I never even requested. The breakfast was subpar—very few options, limited seating, and no soy milk available for coffee. On top of that, the waiter was quite unpleasant. Regarding the room, there was loud construction right next to me. The initial response from the staff was that "nothing could be done." I was only moved to the other side of the hotel after I specifically demanded it myself. Note to management: Please spare me the "we are sorry for the inconvenience" templates. I heard those enough during my stay. If the hotel actually cares about this experience, I expect real compensation, not just empty words.

In family room you have a large king size to fit 3 and a sofa for 2 Early check-in is (was) 3500 rsd which sounds fair

All the staff was very nice, especially Mirjana and Maja. Location is great very close to city centre and Belgrade Waterfront. Room was nice with all the necessary amenities. Parking and the garage is also great. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

location is great Rooms are too small for two persons, toilets privacy are zero, and for some reason there is no Shattaf. like western style.

Really lovely experience! The receptionists are so sweet, I really had lovely conversations with them, and the facilities great, rooms clean and the breakfast was also good. Definitely will stay here again when I'm in Belgrade!

Clean and nice rooms, friendly staff, free parking and close to the fortress. It’s quite noisy outside, the pillows were very uncomfortable (I almost got a headache), and unfortunately the area outside of the hotel was very dirty and quite scary at night.

No way a 4 star hotel . It looks worse than pictures , like an old but in a bad way hotel. Not modern at all . Weird rules from the reception, like couldn’t visit a friend ! Is that a prison ? Nothing in all honesty !
