Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return, despite some bathroom problems.

Newish hotel in old town. Comfortable large rooms and great breakfast buffet The hotel could do better without all the old artistic fabrics hanging on mannequins

Location was perfect, 10-15 min walk from everything Kalemegdan, Skadarlija. Our room was nice and spacious with a balcony, bed was comfy. Breakfast is in the cafe down in the building.

We stayed at this hotel many years ago. It was very nice. It is very nice now but could definitely use some upgrades in the reception area to make it a little more appealing. The reception are is very dark and outdated. However, the staff and room were fine except for the size of the bed. On booking.com it said our room had a King size bed. Their bed was at best a full or Queen size. However, they told me that all their beds are King size but they are European King size. Which makes sense. But this is something Booking.com should state so people know the real size they are reserving. Also, even though there is a main elevator, it does not go directly to all floors. Our room for example, when you took the elevator we would have to walk up about 12 stairs to get to our floor! This is not good for people who can't use stairs! I will say the breakfast was fantastic and Alan our waiter was great! The Bed size was not an American King size. and the Reception area needs to be updated. It is very dark and old fashioned.

The reception staff are always ready to help with any request, patiently explain everything, and genuinely want guests to feel comfortable. Upon check-out, we were given homemade cookies - a very thoughtful touch.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean and well organized, both in the hotel and in the room. Breakfast was small, but there was a good selection and more than enough for everyone. It’s a relatively small hotel, but that’s part of its charm. The location is right in the center, so it couldn’t be better. All was good, but if I need to mention anything, it would be that the kitchen is closed on weekends. Fortunately, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it’s not a big issue.

This was an unexpectedly great experience. It started with being greeted by a friendly and helpful lady at the reception. Everything went smooth and well organized. The hotel is nicely renovated and look stunning starting with the lobby and ending up in the room. The room, or better said the rooms were great. I guess this was an old house with appartments which has been turned into a hotel. These are appartments with livingroom, bedroom with plenty of space for a family of four. It even had two full bathrooms. Everything was clean and we immediatelly felt much like home. The breakfast was amazing. And the staff too. If I had to pick on one thing, it would be that the bed in the bedroom was too large (as if that would be a problem) and there was not enough space to put a second nightstand beside it, making it a bit difficult to put away the phone, the glasses and whatnot before going to sleep.

Perfect location for tourism ( 500 meters from main tourist street) and for personal visits - center of the city, ease of transportation. Room layout and amenities are perfect for family stay. Breakfast is above expectations. nothing
