We needed a place to stay near the Bozeman airport. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. We called for the shuttle from the airport and it was there within 5 minutes and right on time for our trip back to the airport.

Great hotel and staff. I was disappointed with our handicap accessible room assignment, which I did not request. I think that’s a function of hotels.com and the rooms they get assigned by the hotel. A curbless shower always creates a huge mess with water spilling out into the entire bathroom. Go ahead and ask for extra towels.

We stayed for one night at EVEN before we flew back home from our Yellowstone vacation. The hotel is beautiful BUT the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything being said in the hall and on both sides of the room. I have stayed at many hotels over the last 40 years and I can say that I have never stayed at a hotel where there appeared to be NO insulation for sound.
