Very good location in the hearth of Belgrade. Easy to travel around and public transport access is really cloes. super practical for short work visit in Belgrade.

Bad sound isolation. 6th floor had a lot of noise from buses and people on street.

Location is okay. Breakfast was really nice and with a good view. Staff in friendly and professional. Rooms are clean, bed was comfy. We were upgraded for free to the "presidential suite". While it is spacious and offers beautiful views from the windows, it also has extremely loud air conditioners that cannot be turned off. We arrived in the middle of the night, and although the windows were open, the suite still felt like it was slowly cooling down after a hot day, suggesting that the air conditioning does not work very well. Half of the wall sockets did not work, and some of the design and storage decisions are questionable.

Great location between old and new city, walkable everywhere. High floor has amazing view, the room was great as well, presidential suite is on the top floor the only room at the floor with full mini bar included in the price. Nothing

Good location. Very kind staff. The room was also good. Great breakfast - good food and excellent view and overall feeling. The soundproofing of the window was very poor, you could hear everything on the street and every car. The spa center has only a few beds, therefore you have to „book a slot“ for visiting it, which is not convenient at all, at least for me.

Breakfast and the location were great. It was just in the center of the town and within walking distance of everywhere. Breakfast was for everybody.

Love the convenience of stepping out of my cozy room and right into an amazing restaurant, all without leaving the building! The luggage storage and parking are definite bonus, when needed. I found it pricey as we are in Vienna or Frankfurt. I have searched a few apps and didn't find any discounts, also, no discount if you try to reserve from reception. Afterstay, they sent me discount code for future stay. Parking 20€/day and city tax is collected afterwards 3€ pp/per day

I would like to sincerely thank Tatjana for her outstanding support. She helped me greatly with my accommodation and was extremely attentive to every detail throughout the process. Her professionalism and care made a real difference, and she made me feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights, including daily access to the SPA, and had a very pleasant experience overall. I would especially like to highlight the kind and helpful staff at the reception, during breakfast, and in housekeeping. Their service was consistently friendly and professional. The hotel’s location is very good. Breakfast was very good, with a wide and satisfying variety of options. The room was clean and well equipped, and the mattress was of medium firmness, which made it comfortable for a good night’s sleep. A special mention goes to the SPA facilities. The water temperature was 27°C, and the area includes both dry and wet saunas, as well as showers. Everything was clean, well maintained, and fully equipped, making the experience very relaxing. On my next visit to Belgrade, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. One important point I would like to mention is that there is only one elevator in the hotel, and it is somewhat slow. Because of this, I preferred to use the stairs on several occasions.

Nice room, well appointed. A little noisy from the bus stops outside but that was not aa issue for me. Great breakfast, very good laundry service, very helpful reception staff, lovely restaurant staff. Like most places in Belgrade a very slow lift. I was satisfied with everything.

The location near city center and the SPA in -3 level were the biggest pluses. The restaurant at the top floor was excellent choice after the SPA offering great serbian cuisine and a spectacular view over the city. Also the breakfast was very good. The price for the parking. Even if they told me on the day I made the reservation that the parking price is 15 euros per day, when we arrived we found that the price increase to 20 euros per day.

The location was great and within walking distance to everything. It was a little loud since we were right next to the elevator and underneath the restaurant. The spa was great, and the staff was always helpful and very kind. The room was big and comfortable. Overall, it was quite okay.
