I had a very pleasant stay at the property. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout, making the experience even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The reception team was welcoming and efficient. I also really appreciated the swimming pool and sauna facilities, which were relaxing and well-kept. Breakfast offered a great variety and was of excellent quality. Breakfast was great along with all the facilities including the training, and room fercilities. I was pritty surprised looking at the restaurant, and bar located in the entrance area. We therefore also got to eat at the michelin guide restaurant wich was great. nothing to complain about. We even got one room ealier than expected with a free upgrade as well

The bed was very comfortable and the spa was amazing! Cleanliness and breakfast can be improved as well as some of the staff could work on their attitude, at least smile a bit. Not all of them.

Comfortable hotel. Excellent spa and swimming pool. Didn't like the location. It is in New Belgrade across the river from the main city. The main problem with the location was there is hardly anywhere to eat in walking distance. I tried the hotel's restaurant one evening and it was abysmal and over-priced so I wanted alternatives. Was reduced to eating awful fast food at the nearby mall. There is a nearby Lidl which provides another means to avoid the terrible restaurant.

Clean room Silent The room facilities and the bed are comfortable. Near Uche Park and Shopping Center. You can walk directly to Uche Park for concerts from your hotel. It's located on the other side of the city, where you'll find all the restaurants and other sightseeing spots, but you can get there with a taxi in under 10 minutes. The breakfast is until 11 in the morning, and they literally kick you out exactly at 11. In most hotels, the breakfast buffet is cleared, and you still have some time to eat if you've already had your food. No, they really insist on finishing and leaving exactly at 11.
