The hotel is situated near Beogradska Arena. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean. The Wifi is good. Breakfast is rich. The parking places are more than enough, but you have to pay extra. Currency exchange at the reception. We liked the hotel The shower drain had minor issues. The pillows were too big for me. Quite far from the city center.

WIFI connection was poor, and there were some drilling works in the room close to me, so in the mornings it was very unpleasant

The front desk was very helpful The WiFi was terribly slow. Somehow you also hear loud music from a neighboring property even when you have a room facing away from the highway. Even for a nonsmoking room, there is a lingering smell of smoke all over the furniture.

Very rude and unprofessional restaurant manager; The air conditioning was not working while outside was -4 degrees and when we asked the reception why it is cold in the rooms, they said that they should turn it on. Few hours later it was turned off again. It is unacceptable to stay in cold rooms and ask every hour about it in the winter in 4 stars hotel! Hot water also stopped and came again after we asked the staff to turn on the air conditioning. Hair dryer in the room was also funny and it smelled like cigarettes when we used it.

Hairdryer in bathroom, ard to use, didn't work very well as it kept switching off due to angle of nozzle. Would have preferred a normal type of hairdresser. Water pressure in shower was quite weak.
