My room was huge. Very modern (loft style), very clean and with good air-conditioning (it was during summer). Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. The lady who handed me over the keys was super polite. I got vouchers for a roof-top pool bar (which was super convenient and useful in hot days) and for a gym (which was very modern, spacious and fully equipped), separate businesses but both in the same building. There is also a restaurant right below the hotel and a big mall with shops and restaurants across the street. Many bus stops nearby. Overall I was very impressed by the room and the access to the facilities. There was nothing I did not particularly like. I would only point out that: a) the hotel is not centrally located, so you would need to take a taxi or public transportation (which is free) to reach the city centre, b) there is a roof top pool bar (which is not only for hotel guests) and a restaurant in the same complex, so there can be some noise (personally I did not mind).

Spacious apartments. Convenient location near the police, where I needed to get my documents. There is a large shopping mall nearby. The smell of mold and the smell of sewage. It is very dark and cold in the room. When you turn on the air conditioner, a lot of dust flies out of it.

The property is in a great location, pretty modern design. The host was really friendly and helpful. I arrived very late in the evening, and going through the hallway was scary. Realy dark and almost abandoned looking. The room was great beside the bathroom smell. There was like a million of air refresheners in the flat but you could still smell the sewers. I know its pretty common un old buildings in Belgrade but not pleasant as a guest.

The apartment is very stylish and super clean. There are also free parkings nearby and the location is very convenient. It was a little bit too cold in the apartment (it was really cold outside during my stay), water in the shower was not really hot too.

Good location in Novi Beograd. One km far from BG Arena. In the building is very good bar Dolly Bell, they have also breakfasts.

Hotel Review – Avangarda Suites, Belgrade, Serbia Staying at Avangarda Suites in Belgrade was a fantastic experience. The first thing that stands out is the amazing design of the rooms—super modern, stylish, and incredibly well thought out. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are very spacious, providing both comfort and a sense of luxury. The parking situation is excellent, which is a big plus in a busy city like Belgrade. The area surrounding the hotel feels extremely secure, thanks to the well-maintained surroundings and the presence of important buildings, including a police station nearby. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was always available for direct communication, making everything even more convenient. Their helpfulness and professionalism truly enhanced the stay, ensuring that every request was handled efficiently. If you’re looking for a modern, secure, and comfortable stay in Belgrade, Avangarda Suites is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again! The only small downside was the sound insulation between floors, however, it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t significantly impact the overall comfort of the stay.
