Hostel Otard

The access at the property was difficult, particularly due to a very large construction site just between the hotel and the main road. Taxi was not able to come close to the hotel and we had to carry luggage through the park and on stairs over 300m. The facility needs deep renovation. It could be a very nice and cozy floating hotel, but unfortunately, most facilities are decayed.

Nice little Hostel on the river. Pleasant for a one-night stay. It was really nice to wake up and see the Danube River next to us. The room wasn't looking too clean, and the furniture, rug, and bed (bed sheets too) weren't the newest. The hostel could use a bit of a re-touch!

The owner is super kind and friendly. Room and bathroom were big, good looking. Hostel is near the airport. It was quiet at night, the view from the terrace on the river is amazing, super chill both at night and during the day. The pillow was too big and high for my taste, it wasn't very comfortable. It was very hot in the morning in my room which has windows towards the east (the owner said he plans to do sth with it). Some things in the bathroom could use a fix.

The location. It’s was so hot and full of mosquitos. The bed was flat not comfortable and the bed sheets had cigarettes burn on it. The air conditioner didn’t work and we boiled in that room.

The location and the idea to stay on the boat. The bus to the center is 15min. If u walk 1h. The interior has its charm. U see the island just in front. Have ships beside where u can eat and drink. The coffee for 400 dinara was too much. I think I got cheated. The stuff early speak English or German. It’s really hard to get information about all. Tresor was not working. The mattress was already dead. The shower was somehow broken. So I think the hostel had better days. Can not pay with card. At the eve it’s really loud of all the other party ships beside. No breakfast was possible as it was asked the day before.

Clean room, comfortable bed, easy to find, very friendly staff, good breakfast. The lack of proper curtains. It's crazy to have a room facing the busy walkway and also the terrace and just let everyone see in. The bathroom is also way too small to get dressed in so that doesn't leave many options.

the bathroom was very dirty, which is concerning seeing as I was the only person in the room, and they picked it.

Air condition I reserved bedroom with two single beds, but me and my son stayed in double bedroom with sofa. Damaged balcony floor, so I almost spraind my ankle. About 20 cm sealing pain felt into the bath. TV had no connection. We couldn't lock the door of the room. Translucent courtains on east side of building. Old bed with wobby frame. Dangerus acces to the entrance of the hostel, especialy in tge dark. Parking was in fornt of residentional buildings about 700 m away.
