We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely, cozy hotel in Belgrade. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. The breakfast offered a great variety and everything was very enjoyable. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Aleksandra from the restaurant — she was incredibly warm, polite, and attentive. Her kindness and positive energy truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We would be happy to return again.

Smoking people even in restaurants. It's a problem everywhere in Serbia.

The bedding should be much cleaner. It is not enough to just change the covers- the pillows should be washed and clean.

Everything, the customer service at the check in desk was professional, kind and courteous. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. I'll be staying there again. We had the room with two beds and a sofa. Nothing.

A well designed cookiecutter hotel from a chain that can do much better. Ample details of the hotel design well placed throughout the hotel cannot make up for mediocre rooms, lack of facilities and clensines that leaves room for improvement. For a hotel at this price-range you can do much better in Belgrade. The hotel has the airport layover vibe all over it, but the airport is far from it.
