Size of the room, clean and new rooms , garage for free parking and the supportive reception staff The door of the room is so thin that you hear all the talks of people and loud closing of other room doors which makes sleeping really difficult..

The fact that it had it's own parking places for free. The staff was very polite, welcoming and friendly. The elevator was also very quick. The air conditioning was very effective and easily controlled. The room was spacious with its own little area balcony alike. There were fresh fruits at the breakfast. The bathroom could have been a bit more clean especially the shower head. There was only one bathrobe and only one towel for drying after shower however we were two guests. The lighting led strip on the left of the shower was hanging out of the wall, which will need attention, since it's a wet place. The options at the breakfast were way too Asian oriented and there wasn't many other alternatives except milk with cereals, croissants and bread with butter.

My favorite part was the staff - everyone was so kind and incredibly helpful at any hour of the day. This hotel is also very good value for the money.

I liked the comfort and spaciousness of the room. I was given an upgrade upon arrival, which gave me more space than I could have imagined. The hotel offers a bit of Chinese culture and local history in the heart of New Belgrade as it is located in the Chinese Cultural Center in Belgrade where the Chinese embassy once stood. I did not like the location very much. It is a bit removed from the city center so there are very few options for food and activities near the hotel. The hotel itself does offer a good Chinese restaurant and there is a grocery store within walking distance.

All good and conveniently located Tv was not working but staff fixed it

Convenient to reach by car, super friendly stuff. The breakfast selection and set up is a little different to other places in Serbia. Not the most comfortable when traveling alone since there are only large tables available.

A little too clinical

Breakfast was ok. More catered for the Chinese people that stay. Can get noodles and rice for breakfast along with soup. But there are the traditional European options like croissants bacon and sausage, However the only fresh bread option was garlic bread.

Awesome location near river, quiet and comfy rooms. Pretty nice breakfast however I would like to see some variety in positions to eat. Very nice and helpful staff. During check out I was given awesome gift. Air conditioning in room was not good enough. Couldn't set up desire temperature at all. Poor airing in bathroom.

Nice location, good rooms, friendly front desk. Only local TV channels.

Excellent hotel! Spacious, well-equipped room, I got free upgrade. Great value for the price.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is not guest-oriented. I prefer more small tables instead of very big ones.

Hotel has a Chinese restaurant - which is a nice change to standard meals that I usually eat in hotels. Waiter was very helpful, and he readily explained every dish we asked for, he suggested we order one soup, because they bring it in a large bowl and it's enough for 3 people, etc. Except for the waiter who was very good, rest of the staff at the restaurant was very disorganized. We asked for soup, and two main dishes. One main dish arrived first, then soup, then the second main dish. But food was good, so that helped improve the overall experience.
