    The location was fabulous and so were the employees. Free public transportation was reliable and just a short walk from the hostel, plus the employees arranged taxis whenever we needed them. Also within easy walking distance were several restaurants, bars and watersports along the Danube. The ambiance of staying right on the river couldn't be beat; our balcony looked across the Danube toward a tree lined island and we were visited every morning by ducks, crows and swans! We also loved Leo the resident cat and the fact that there was recycling on site and soft beds. The nearness of several drinking establishments did make it quite noisy until early morning on Friday and Saturday nights.

    drainage had problem ( through out the city, similar problem): you can smell sewage ; outside, river smelled bad; Breakfast rudimentary; Parking 800 meters away. As of now, you can't unload your luggage in front of the boat housr;

    Just a remark for the owners: one of the towels had an usual smell.

    Breakfast was good. The room and public bath was ok. Free parking is not far from the hostel but it might take 15 min. by walk. Limited bus options but if you go thought the main street you can find another bus options. We couldn’t open the windows during our stay because of bugs.

    Room was badly smelling

    The hostel manager Aleksandar and Danijela were excellent, helpful and polite, I'd like to personally thank them for their efforts to make our stay unforgettable. Nothing, everything was perfect.

    The parking is quite far. Breakfast is quite simple and every day is the same.

    Just a small gripe for a longer stay - Location is a pro and con. It's in a lovely spot on the river in nature, but means you need to walk at least 15m or get the bus (15m into the city) for food. There is also no kitchen or place to keep your food. So most meals required some effort to get, but this also meant I got to try lots of Serbian food! The free breakfast, free public transport in Belgrade, and staff offering to help with ordering takeaway all helped mitigate this. WiFi was perfect for most of my stay, except when the property got heavy rain, then it became quite unreliable.

    Very clean, has everything you need and more. The staff is super polite and helpful Breakfast was a bit plain and the property advertised bikes for rent, but they were sadly unavailable

    I would expect the place with such concept to have a kitchen or at least some kettle with hot water. Plus, the bathroom is too small(

    Was here already a few times and it is really cool. Also I love the location, and the breakfast. Next time I will try to come with friends again.

    The floating hotel concept is truly interesting and gives the stay a unique atmosphere. Our room had a double-sided view of the river, and it was beautiful to watch the ducks and swans passing by. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available. The property is quite old and of low quality. The rooms do not feel comfortable, and it is difficult to relax. The bathroom is very worn out, the tap water is not drinkable, and the breakfast is generally poor, despite the staff’s effort. Additionally, a large boat named KANJON was parked next to us throughout the entire night, and its diesel engine was shaking the windows in our room.

    * We stayed in the room shown in photo #114; it looked exactly as pictured. There were tea, coffee, a kettle, and mugs on the table, a nice touch. * Pet-friendly -- great for those traveling with animals. And even if you don’t have one, there’s a friendly cat that sometimes visits :) * The kitchen is excellent, very well equipped. Breakfasts are yammy. * No keys needed, just a code lock, which is super convenient if you plan to check out at an unusual time. * There’s free parking, not right next to the building but close enough. * A park with a running track nearby. nice if you like to jog. Our windows faced this park, not the river, so the view was a bit plain. But you can ask for another view (I recommend it). - Because of the marathon taking place in the park, it was quite noisy at times — not a big issue, but something to be aware of. - The restaurants and cafes are a bit far away (it’s not in the old town, so it is expected). - The room felt a bit tight for two people -- it wasn’t really designed for two, so I’d recommend asking for a room without extra beds if you’re solo or a couple. For a company it is a great decision.

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

    The location, breakfast and friendly staff. Shared bathroom sometimes the body wash or the shower gel is not replaced.

    I love the peaceful vibes. The exceptional staff. Wifi might be a bit weak but it’s no bearing with our stay
