Location and the vibe. Helpful staff. The shower didn’t have a handle part, and they didn’t provide shower caps. There are a lot of mosquitoes. It is NOT soundproof, you hear everything going on outside of the room. We wanted a water view, but got a room looking to the entryway. We didn’t see a clear option to choose either option.

We couldn't figure out how to drop luggage off at the hotel, so we parked & walked.

The property offers a beautiful view of the river and excellent value for money. Most of all, the staff were incredibly nice, accommodating, and made the whole experience feel truly personal.

I loved everything about this place. The location was excellent and very peaceful, the room was very cozy, the breakfast was very tasty and Alexander and Jovan are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and will help you with anything you may need. Would recommend this place to anyone. Nothing

Yet, the location is convenient for exploring Belgrade - just 3 bus stops away from the city center. The public transport is very reliable (buses to the center arrive every 6-7 minutes) and free of charge. There is also a public parking (7 minutes walk from the boatel) where you can leave your car free for free. The check in was fast and the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The room and the shower cabin are on the small side, which can be expected considering this is a "boatel". The furniture in the room is quite basic, but sufficient. The design could be improved and the furniture could be updated.

The room was clean and it had a river view.

Loved this unique hotel experience on the river with breathtaking views and easy access to transport to major attractions!!! Room was very private & comfortable, with exceptional breakfast included. The common area was sooo scenic and relaxing overlooking the river and birdlife. Sunset was delightful! All staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended for a quirky, memorable experience. Note-May be a little hard to find the entrance after dark

The only good thing is the view There was a bridge to the property , it was so slippery and freezing , I felt down and hurt my hand, the good is that it wasn’t down the water. Definitely not recommend, it wasn’t safety

Sleeping next to the river is a great way to spend your nights in Belgrade, they have the cutest ducks you have ever seen. The deluxe room was spacious and very classy. Breakfast was well prepared and Juan and the rest of the staff were so nice all along the stay. We would definitely repeat! A more visible sign would be appreciated, the first time it took us a little to find the place.

Room was small but comfortable. AC heated up the room well enough despite that the temperature outside was 0-5°C. However, one of the mornings water was cold and we couldn't take a shower which really spoiled otherwise a nice stay.

This place was just what we needed for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and quiet and exactly what we needed for a quick stay for the night. There was no smoking in the rooms which was great because I really struggle with smoke. The overnight guy at reception was really awesome and he was super friendly and accommodating. He even cranked up the ovens at 5:30 am and made us some takeaway pastries for breakfast as we had to leave early before breakfast was officially being served. He made us feel very looked after. The only downside was the day person at reception. When we arrived he was very unfriendly and matter of fact to us. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, but he didn't leave a good impression unfortunately.

Excellent experience! The location was fantastic and easy to find, thanks to the helpful signage. The bridge leading to the boatel made transporting our two large suitcases much more convenient. The views were stunning, and it was just a short walk to the bus station. Our room was spotless, and we were impressed by the 24-hour front desk, which allowed us to check in at 2 a.m. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we would be thrilled to return in the future!

The room was so clean and our room was with the river view and perfect. You can open the window and you are right on the river. Its like inside of the river. Also people who works in there were nice and smile to you always. Just be careful about when you choose the room, there are 2 options for breakfast, including or pay at property.

We were completely satisfied with the value for money. We arrived late, but there were no problems thanks to the 0-24 opening hours, the staff was super flexible and helpful which is a big plus and we really appreciate it. They were easy to reach. We had a not fully functioning lamp in the bathroom because of the rain, but they fixed it the next morning. At check-out we also could take some leftover pastry from breakfast. The view was beautiful, it was exciting to stay in such accommodation. A few inconveniences: we had an extra person in our group, which we indicated by message weeks before the arrival and we were told that they would put an extra bed in our room. However, this did not happen, the extra person could lay on a pull-out mattress, but we had to pull up the sheets because they forgot it. In addition, the next morning a different staff member questioned whether we had indicated the arrival of the extra person. And one note for the guests for the winter (which we didn't know): we turned ont the air conditioning at bedtime to heat the room, it is worth paying attention that after the room is heated up it will start to cool it. :)
