The bathtub was dirty and it didn't have a plug to actually fill it up. Gym was small which was expected, but even the available machines did not work properly. Either the cables were tangled or bars were rusty. TV wasn't working. Breakfast was mediocre for the paid price.

Entering the room we had a beautiful view of St Sava. Waking up to that view was really memorable. The bed was comfy and this hotel was a great place to recover from a long travel day. It's in a comfortable walking distance to anything you'd want to see and conveniently located near transit options. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was yummy with a good variety of things to try. The hotel has a lot of art in it which is always a plus to me. no notes, would stay again

Room was particularly quiet. Air conditioning extremely strong. Breakfast showed good diversity of choice and kitchen staff was accomodating. Wasn't aware many parts of the building remain open to smoking. Not a deal breaker, just something that surprised me. Gym wasn't particularly well ventilated.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff at a very good location. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options and the room was spacious, comfortable and with a great view. The rooftop restaurant/bar also had a wonderful view and vibe. Airport transfer was very smooth (although a bit expensive) The bathtub glass was not covering the whole length, so it was hard not to make a mess while taking a shower. I hang the ‘make my room’ tag outside my door on the second day of my stay, but housekeeping did not attend to it.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Spacious room, very comfortable and well equipped, great heating, lovely bathroom. Breakfast was great also, staff very helpful. Best thing about the hotel was location, near historical part of the town, with many cafes and restaurants nearby, also a quick taxi or public transport away from the city centre. Loved the bathrobe and the comfy bed. Everything was great, nothing to add.
