During the day there's a major construction project going on right next door that goes from 06:00 to 18:00 every day. Also, lots of dirty dishes in the sink and FOUR separate locked doors to get into your room from the outside.

Perfect for a budget traveller Helpful host Nothing

The communication with the staff was very good...they waited for me to reach the hostel. The location is not perfect, a little bite far from everything. You have to operand close a lot of doors to get in or outside and it was not easy opening the front door. It was a mystery how to flush the toilet and to use the shower.

Great location, very helpful hosts and the rooms are nice. They only take cash so make sure to have some when checking in. There's also no reception there, the hosts need to come around to check you in, so you need to coordinate the arrival time in advance.

The second time I stayed there. This place became like home to me in Bedgrad.

I really enjoyed staying in this house. Very cozy. Great hosts who waited for me despite a 5-hour flight delay. The only thing I would add is a microwave oven.

I liked a lot the space, the colors, the hygiene and since it was not a high season no one else was sharing the house. That was great, it was like completely for me and my friend. Oh and the candies on the table (small candies all the time). And a fully equipped kitchen. Working TV set. There is a complicated system of water heating, I am not used to, I had to switch on the boiler and I was doing so but still sometimes water was running cold in November, which is not the best timing. but I communicated with the lady responsible and she said maybe I wasn't making sure to switch it on so just make sure to have that.

The location was quite ok, so you need around half an hour to the city center. The lady was also very nice and ready to help at any time. Thanks for the late check in. I stayed here 4 days. Unfortunatelly, two day of them I couldn't come in the house at midnight with the keys I have beeen given and had to call the lady, to open the door. The waiting time was around 15-20 minutes, what was a negative experience during my stay. It is the reason for "good" review to make it fair.

The house is comfortable as was the room. It is an old house but well maintained, it is actually a back house. Warm water, warm room, good enough kitchen. Very far from street noise. Young owner was very polite and patient. A very quiet and restful stay. A long walk to the center in the rain was not fun. The actual entrance from the street is sort of odd. You need 4 keys to get to your room. The street door entrance then to enter the actual premises then the house door then your room. The hallway entrance from the street is a bit weird and barren. The light is often off and a bit creepy. It should always be on. Other than that, a fine stay.

Good budget option in Belgrade. Family-owned hostel, as I understood. The hostel is in an interior courtyard, so in the summer it's possible to handwash some clothes and dry them outside. There's a kitchen inside, and 2 bathrooms. Convenience store, bakery, farmers market, fast-food options, all very close. Good Wi-Fi. Air-conditioning was quite old (remote control not working, only pulling in and out the plug), but it did the job. Mattresses were okay for 2 weeks. When I bought dish-washing liquid, because we ran out of it, the owners gave me a refund for it. It's a smaller place than expected, so, when full, the common rooms can get dirty quite fast, despite frequent cleaning. Also, still noisy from the nearby avenue, earplugs are useful.

Very good price. Simple room, but everything you need. Comfortable bed and good shower. The owner is very friendly and helpfull, very quick with replying as well. During my stay the first floor was occupied by a group of girls, who seemed to live there for a longer period. They used the common rooms as their own, so not able to have a drink in the living room or use the kitchen because it was full with their stuff. Inviting friends over in the middle of the night.

The older gentleman who got us organized was really nice and gave us great recommendations. We had the room with bunk beds (we were 2) and it was quite comfortable. Everything that was necessary was in the house and kitchen. Even though close to town and easy walk to everywhere or the bus it was very quiet. We didnt go in high summer so it wasnt too hot and there was a fan however the AC in the room was there but didnt work. It did work downstairs in the common area.
