The hotel is in the center of the city, next to the pedestrian area and Skadarska street, famous for tourists. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very professional. Worth to stay here and visit Belgrade

This Hotel towers above Republic Square. It is an icon of an earlier age when art and architecture mattered. From my window I can see the famous statue of the Prince Mihailo & The National Museum behind him. To my right is The National Theater, and below is the plaza, always so beautiful, a jewel of Beograd. The rooms, what can I say, the epitome of elegance and comfort. Don’t miss this historic building. Breakfast and amenities will welcome you home. I loved everything

I had a problem with the booking which involved Booking.com. I had requested a room with breakfast, but the hotel did not get that information. It caused me a lot of discomfort at check-in. However the hotel provided breakfast after consideration. The hotel does not have a foyer at the moment, so nowhere to sit except go to your room. The girls on reception were very helpful. The men not so much.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The spa area is quite nice for a hotel. Make sure you announce going there 30mins in advance. Once can do it via the phone. The hotel is really good, no complaints. I minor issue is the noise the electric bathroom heater makes... it takes some time for it to start (it's probably the water going through the pipes).

Location Except for the location, it was bad. There were hygiene issues.

Outstanding location, spacious rooms, and it's surprisingly quite at night. Parking is a 5 minutes walk, which can be challenging if you have lots of baggage, since there's no way to stop at the hotel and drop your suitcases off. Keep that in mind. The staff is nice and helpful. The water pressure in the shower is crazy. Oh, and the heated bathroom floors, so good. The breakfast was OK.

Everything was very nice and clean We had a small situation where we couldn’t locate the switch to turn off 1 light in the entrance of the room. The night shift staff wasn’t able to help us because she couldn’t find it either. We had to go the first night with a light on which was annoying. The next day the morning shift staff was able to help and his reason that his colleagues couldn’t help us was that she was “new”. It wasn’t a major issue but all staff (especially when they’re left alone) should be able to help with the basics of the room.

Clean Warm No “kajmak” for breakfast in Serbia, “pasteta” instead ? The parking is far when its raining outside No smoking area in the hotel

Well, our heater was broken. They didn’t listen to me when I got there. They said they were sold out. They said it would be better within an hour.. after 5 to 6 hours past we were freezing in the room and it was below five outside. It was New Year’s Eve and I called them to ask them to move us to another room or give us the heater. They said they don’t have a heater and they cannot move us.. We literally were freezing in the room. I took a hot shower for over 30 minutes and don’t even remember where I set my clothes.. Those clothes went missing after we changed the room the next day they were MIA.. I didn’t have my clothes with me nor were they able to find it in the previous room. Overall, being in such a cold climate and not having heat was pretty disturbing, and my clothes disappeared. While my clothes, I believe they left in the room they should’ve been there, but they said they don’t see it and I didn’t have my clothes so therefore my items were stolen

That the bar is not in function at the moment and that this was not mentioned in former description.

Location is fantastic Parking is kind of far if you have a lot of luggage and you cannot park in front of the hotel. The reception ladies were all great but the reception guy at check out was rude and did not allow us to leave the car for an extra 1 hour at the parking lot even though it was empty.
