The hotel was okay overall. From the outside, it looks modern and inviting, but once you’re inside, you start to notice a lack of maintenance and attention to detail. The reception area on the way to the elevator had a wet floor once, and there were stains on the white walls throughout the corridors. Although the hotel appears to be relatively new, it already shows signs of wear and doesn’t seem to be maintained to the standard it deserves. The room had stained carpet, a clogged sink, and some of the finishing touches felt below par. The housekeeping team could also put more effort into making the rooms truly spotless. Don’t get me wrong—the room was generally clean, but it lacked the level of cleanliness you would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Fantastic place. Welcoming and helpful staff. The place has their own parking. Would definitely come back again.

Quiet. Convenient. Clean.

Very nice hotel
-
There was a lot of dust on higher shelves and there were greasy stains on wooden bed headrest.
-
Nothing was bad
-
Parking is little bit expensive (22 eur per 24 h). Breakfast was good, but may be more variety will be good. The additional bad for the child was uncomfortable.

I have been visiting Mona Plaza Belgrade for multiple business trips so far, and every time the hotel meets my expectations. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfect for business travelers. Cleanliness is spot on. Huge commends to the front desk staff for guest relations and hospitality. Underground parking garage is also available and is comfortable even for larger vehicles. There is very little that one could mention as a downside at this hotel. Perhaps the only thing that I would personally feel would be more convenient is if the hotel bar didn't close at 23:00. Perhaps the working time of the bar could be extended until midnight, for late arriving travelers. It is always convenient to have the bar working after a long business day.

Cleanness

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are extremely clean, and we were upgraded without requesting it, free of charge and with no additional costs. The parking is private and underground. From what I understand, it has 34 parking spaces on two levels. Parking is paid (as mentioned on the website), but it is safe, and if you have an electric car, you can charge it free of charge. There are several charging stations available, not just one. Breakfast was very good. This was our first stay here, and we will be coming back in a few days, staying here again. -

We’ve stayed several times. It’s an excellent location and nice hotel. I don’t like the continuing price increases Price has gotten out of line

Location… near a nice walk along the river, 15 min walk to shopping street …. Lots of restaurants around the hotel as well as a supermarket Housekeeping staff shortage …delay in cleaning the room & sometimes forgets to wash the cups or put the teas and coffee packets. Restaurant crowded especially around the coffee machines… they need better coffee machines & expand the breakfast area . Room hand towels are very small & old . Rooms don’t have tissue boxes at all . Also rooms don’t have shaving mirror
-
Nice modern hotel, good selection at breakfast House keeping shortage & couldn’t keep up with the chores. Hand towels are too small. Breakfast area too crowded & always a long line at the coffee machines which were slow … need to add machines & expand buffet area. Need to better towels

Great Location, Views, and Sauna – Excellent Value I really enjoyed my stay at Mona Plaza. The location is excellent—close to all the main attractions in the city, which made it easy to get around. The views from the hotel were beautiful, and the breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. One of the highlights for me was the warm sauna in the spa—it was clean, relaxing, and a great way to unwind. Overall, I found Mona Plaza to be a great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! The only downside was the air conditioning. During our stay, temperatures in Belgrade were extremely high (38–39°C), and the AC didn’t seem to perform at its best. It wasn’t a major issue, but worth mentioning.

+ Stylish and modern interior + High-speed Wi-Fi, video calls work like a charm + Spacious room + Room desk and chair are comfortable to use for work, kudos for that!!! + Switches and power sockets are placed symmetrically by the bed + Hotel gym + Climate system works fine + Good value breakfasts with Serbian national cuisine (15 EUR) + Security: Elevators don't go to the 3rd floor and higher without a room card + Elevators arrive quickly + Nice view on Dunav and Kalemagdan - The receptionist was working alone when we were checking in, so we had a small line to wait - No initial directions or guidance from the receptionist - At first, we were given a room with a bad smell from the bathroom. Thanks to the receptionist for giving us a replacement room quickly. - Hair dryer is not wall-mounted in a bathroom. It is stored in a bag in a cabinet, which is far from being convenient. Moreover, the hair dryer is too weak to dry at least a short hair in reasonable time. - Bath kit is quite limited. To get a toothbrush and paste, you have to go to the receptionist. It's not a big issue for me as I bring my own toothbrush. - The bathroom has a bathtub but doesn't have a curtain, so it is difficult to take a shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor - Bathroom doors open in the direction of a bathroom. It would be better if they opened in the direction of the outer room. - Breakfast could be included in the price - No pegs for hanging clothes and hats in the room - The bed is wide, but quite short for 180+cm tall people. - As we were told, Belgrade has a 320 RSD tax for non-citizens without permanent residence that stay in hotels? Very strange, but I guess the hotel is not to blame for that. Wellness and fitness center: - Wellness and fitness center do not have their own towels and guests need to bring towels from their rooms - No receptionist or manager in the wellness center to give us a card for a locker or other guidance - Two out of four treadmills in the gym were broken - Hamam was out of operation. Sauna was working, though
