Helpful staff, convenient location with a buss stop right in front of the building. Breakfast was good too but if you want eggs done a specific way you need to ask the waiters. Nothing.

Clean, spacious rooms for a good price. Breakfast service was awful. Warm food wasn’t kept warm. Coffee machine needed emptying but none of the staff seemed to know what to do. No coffee cups, you ask, they bring 4, which were gone in 30 seconds. Breakfast workers clearly didn’t want to be there.

It can be a little noisy from the street because the hotel is right on a busy street.

The hotel provided for us a to go meal since we had an early morning flight. Nothing.

The price was a little high for the caliber of the hotel, the room looks better in the photos than in real life, the staff is not too helpful when you ask for local information, and several of the items on the breakfast buffet line were kind of flat (also, they could not help me find calorie-free sugar for tea and coffee)

Rooms could be a bit refurbished. Also, an extra coffee machine in the breakfast area might help (many guests in a restaurant not that big and you have to queue up).

Not that clean, especially under the beds. And we could find pets toy also hidden in a corner of the room while we were searching for our kids toys.

I had an incredible stay! While the room and amenities were great, the real standout was the staff. From the moment I checked in, everyone was so welcoming and attentive. A huge shout-out to the front desk, It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. I felt truly taken care of and will definitely be coming back! Nothing Everything was excellent.

Ease of the location from the central train station, room had a view of the city, easy walk to grocery store, and overall lovely hotel My bathroom filled with cigarette smoke and I am allergic to cigarettes smoke so it was down right AWFUL. I ended up having to take allergy tablets, open window, put a towel at the shit bathroom and then hold my breath when I had to use the restroom.

The hotel has a very good location, close to the city center and well connected by public transportation. The rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, which made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast is good, with enough variety to start the day well. The staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to help when needed. The only downside was noisy guests in the hallway at night, which was beyond the hotel’s control.

It was clean , the stuff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good.

One little note was on the air conditioning. The room was quite warm even though we had it set up on the minimum possible value of 19 degrees.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The curtains were not hung up properly.

Excellent room, staff and services. Prices are little high. Lobby should be better designed for people on business trip, or additional places offered. For this prices must be espresso machine in a room. Little tip, espresso machine and 1 free coffee in the morning change everything.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful, very welcoming. The room was a bit small with a crib inside but it was easier to control the walking baby :) Generally the hotel is a bit far from the city centre but we walked easily. Breakfast was not good, we didnt have breakfast in the hotel.
