City Joy - sports Center Tasmajdan

The room was hot even though we had AC on the entire night. The most disappointing was the fact that the spa facilities are not included in the booking and have to booked on top of your reservation. Very misleading.

Could be a little bit noisy during the day

The hotel was perfectly in line with my expectations. The staff has been very kind and the position was perfect for my stay in Belgrade. The room was big enough for one person. The room would have been probably quite small for two people, but manageable; The window overlooked the rear of the building, which seemed like an abandoned place, but this made it very quiet.

Clean, 24/7 front desk available with an actual person being there. Gym and spa are located in the same building as well as olympic sized swimming pool

The Hotel is a hidden gem of Belgrade. It is cosy, clean, perfect location and the staff are all great people.

The location was fairly close to the center, it was clean and the staff was nice They display the facilities as part of the booking, but there is a separate fee of 18€/person for the actual facilities and their schedule (for pool/sauna) is fairly short on the weekend - not appropriate if you are in the city for a short stay.

The room was clean and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommending this hotel

The price to access the gym and pool is a bit high (2000 RSD), but the quality is good

Room was clean. Stuff was very nice Parking is a big problem. This is not hotel they kept one floor of building. There is no breakfast service. You have to go out. Next part there is stadium and when there is march you cannot sleep before 1 o’clock midnight. The swimming facility they show is not is not belong to them. You have to pay 18€ per day if you want to use and if u work when u get back the hotel it is already closed. Sorry to say but only good thing was stuff.

A great place to stay, very professional and super polite hosts

The room we had was on the quite side of the hotel, the bathroom was big and clean and we had everything we needed for a quick stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped us when we needed a taxi, some necessities and directions throught the city. Late check-in was no problem and parking is near the hotel. The location is great with easy access to many central shops and parks. The hotel takes the 3rd (uppermost) floor of the building. If you prefer to have a better view of the city, you may need to be on the other side of the hotel, where it could be noisy as there is lively boulevard underneath.

Sanja and Stefan at the front are outstanding and wonderful! They help immediately with all questions or inquiries. Hotel's location is amazing, close to the city centre and a lot of attractions. Our room was comfortable and large, the city view was great - we loved everything and felt at home. Hygiene 10+, comfort 10+, service 10+, everything else excellent! There were no free spaces in hotel's parking. It didn't bother us at all since it's easy to find parking in the surrounding area.

As before, the hotel offers comfortable, quiet rooms at reasonable prices. I like the convenient location, good beds, and 24-hour front desk with helpful staff. Unfortunately, the price of accommodation no longer includes access to the spa, which was a huge plus for this place. Another point is that while the rooms used to be spotlessly clean, I would now describe their condition as “normal.” They are clean enough, but there have clearly been changes for the worse. I'm not aware if this is due to the high season and workload or whether it's a new management approach - perhaps it's a one-off occurrence, but it was impossible not to notice.

It was clean and the pool was great Its very small, price is kinda high, you need to pay extra 2000 rsd gsd for spa and pool, no massage in Spa

It was hard go find and there is no view from windows.
