They could renew some of the towels?

Very nice hotel, great value. Good location, very comfortable big rooms and great bed, a lot of nice details (bathroom amenities). Huge wardrobe and storage space. Fast and stable wifi. Big parking. Hotel smells really good everywhere. Amazing breakfast with many local products. Very pleasant stay overall. Mostly small things, details in the room already need some repairing.

The breakfast, the room, staff

Nice and helpful staff. Spacious room. Good access to public transport. Some signs of wear; the hotel was opened in 2015 and isn't in pristine condition anymoore.

Breakfast was not very good and the hotel is outdated. The furniture and everything in the room are not supposed to be in a 4* hotel.

A little bit smell from the bathroom.

The Hotel location is walking distance to the city center and in the interesting neighborhood, The Booking upgraded my room from Superior Double to Junior Suite, and it's was huge. Front desk staff was really nice, and the parking lot is right next to it. I slept perfectly. Although the hotel is recently build, wear & tear was present throughout my room, staining on the carpet, damage to the bathroom door frames, markings on the walls. Breakfast offers several choices, some quite exotic, usual dishes are offered, but staff attending buffet table is not really bothered with refilling the empty plates. For breakfast room was packed, lady brought less than 10 small pieces of bread (quarter of a small loaf) and completely ignored repeated requests from group of Spanish tourists asking for bread, I waited 15 mins but bread refills never came. I understand that is impossible to play it perfectly, but someone should manage the place and prevent something that is so easy/cheap to avoid if wanted. On second visit I would chose option without breakfast and have one in the city. The hotel is named after one of the most famous Ancient Roman emperors, born on the territory of Moesia Sup or today Serbia, sadly designers chose random ancient roman iconography for decorations not using time appropriate portraits and/or inscriptions, missed tourist opportunity there for all ancient roman history buffs, and Catholic religion worshipers.

Our suite definitely needed more maintenance - a door to the shower unit was missing, the suite door could only be closed if one pushed hard and one of the lights in the ceiling was not working.

Great location The first room smelled very strongly of mildew (shower pan was angled away from drain so kept standing water). The second room smelled like an open sewer. I flushed the drains with water and covered the floor (not shower) drain with a wet towel which helped but there was still a lingering odor.

The wifi speed was not that great

First of all, the location is amazing. Secondly, the staff is as kind as can be. I got a beautiful room, a free upgrade, and inside a personal note for welcoming me from the staff. I stayed only one night but I wish I had more time to spend there. The restaurant had great food for dinner, and breakfast was quite good. All in all, a superb hotel. Will come back again.

The friendly and helpful staff, the restaurant, the parking, the breakfast

Professional, nice and polite stuff is my highlight. Room was quite big and the bed is amazing, huge and comfortable. Solid breakfast and very decent coffee available. Parking proximity (although with an additional fee) is a huge plus.

They upgraded the room to a larger one (35–40 sq m). Very minor. They didn’t have hangers in the closet, and there were no hooks in the room to hang your coat or clothes.
