If you did not take breakfast your room will be under ground there is no window, other then that the location was amazing

Other than curteous staff, everything else was not worth it.

A special thanks to Mr. Pedja, who was an outstanding host — kind, helpful, and always available when needed. He really made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Location is good. I like the bathtub in the mid of the room, that thing is very cool. Big tv screen as well.. Most of furtniture are quite cheap and worn out.

Apartment, location, view, hygiene, people that works there. I mean wow - hard to find, not hard to find for that price, hard to find for any price. 10/10 This is pretty subjective, not that I didn’t like it, it is simply their policy - 11 AM checkout was a bit too early for me.

Rhe staff was very friendly, they meet, showed the way tonthe room, even helped with heavy luggage. The location of the suites is very good, not far away from the city center. Good wifi, nice water pressure in the shower. I asked for kettle and iron and was provided with them. The room has a good heater To be honest, the room looks quite old and worn out. The carpet is old and has stains. There were extra blankets and bed covers in the closet, but they were not placed neatly. They were just thrown inside, so I was not sure if they were clean. The bathroom is cold. If your room faces the street, it can be noisy because there is no good soundproofing. There is a bathtub in the middle of the room, but I would prefer more space to open my suitcase. There is an elevator, but it does not always work properly. I was staying for 4 days and they didn't empty trash bins even once.

The room has a shower and bath. However, the bath/jacuzzi is in the middle of the room. The shower door is transperant. so unless you are comfortable with the person.

I had a wonderful stay! The room with the jacuzzi and sauna was incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also really enjoyed the artwork by a contemporary artist displayed throughout the space — it added a unique and inspiring touch. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Petr for making my stay better with his recommendations.

We had two bookings for two rooms over two consecutive nights. For the first night, I booked a Standard Double Room with City View, but the room was in very poor condition. The carpet looked dirty, the walls were damaged, and there was no bin in the room. The room was also very small and did not match the photos on Booking, which appear to be outdated. The only positive aspect was that the bed was comfortable. After noticing the significant difference between the booking photos and the actual room, we asked to change rooms. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so the staff offered free breakfast cards as compensation. For the second night, we changed to the room type we had booked: Superior Double or Twin Room with Terrace – Annex. However, we encountered similar issues. The carpet was again dirty, and the shower water was only warm, not hot, making it impossible to use the room bathtub comfortably during winter. Additionally, the balcony door was missing a handle, making it difficult to open. The rooms are heated with an electric heater, and it takes at least two hours for the room to warm up during winter.

Everything was good. A personal was so helpful, we asked a kettle and they gave us. The room and towels were clean. The location was also near to centre, the bus station was on the other side of road. I wanna thank especially the manager of hotel, he always helped us, explained the ways, the places where we should visit and what to taste. ?

This was my first visit to Belgrade ever. I had a very good experience with the hotel and with the city of Belgrade as a whole. I am Romanian but I speak Serbian as well. I spoke in Serbian to the hotel staff and throughout my whole stay in Belgrade. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the city center, near the Serbian Parliament. I got a room in the basement with spa bath and sauna. I didn't use the sauna, but I used the spa bath a few times and I was very satisfied. Also, there are many TV channels, way more than we get in Romania. I didn't have breakfast included. I served it once and that was it. After that I decided to have breakfast somewhere else.

The AC didnt work, we got sick the first night, it was really cold. Plus we had a baby. The shower and the toilet are separated, not comfortable. The bathtub was leaking. We just used it once and the room was covered in water. Overall the room was not very clean, the floor

Facilities were good, No particular issues for a short stay Shops, Restaurants are nearby and are vibrant. The restroom is a bit small, but is fine for a short stay.

We stayed in one of the basement rooms, which were surprisingly well-ventilated and beautifully designed. It’s an excellent choice for travelers who prefer a perfectly quiet space without windows, despite the hotel being right across from Parliament where it can get noisy outside, the room remained silent. The room featured large light panels hidden behind curtains that created the illusion of sunlight, making the room feel bright and comfortable. Overall, it’s a lovely property, and you can tell the owner has invested great care and attention into every detail.
