The hotel is well situated and very quiet. The rooms are ENORMOUS and extremely clean. The people working at the reception were helpful and spoke very good English. The room I stayed in was on the ground floor, next to the reception area where everyone walks past, so I expected a lot of noise, but it turned out to be quite quiet. It also had many windows onto the inner garden, but since it was pretty cold when we visited, no one was outside. Otherwise, I think you would have to take care to close the blinds when changing. The furniture is a bit dated, but in good working condition. In fact, the room key is also a bit dated (or let's say traditional, as there is no access card). The breakfast is lacking: there were no warm options and the bread was a bit stale on our first day. But the food that we did eat, was tasty.

Nothing The bathroom was full of flies, the showergel and soap dispensers were broken and when i told the staff they didn’t do anything , nothing listen on booking was in the room, no kettle , no socket by the bed , no nothing , this whole listing is a fraud

very peaceful place, location is great and you can reach most of Belgrade center attractions by walk. Breakfast was good, room size excellent. the 2 parking lots are on the street, trams pass literally 1 meter away, so I was a bit concerned about safety of the car. Arrangement in a nearby garage might be a better option

Location is superb. Pharmacy , grocery, church with a park just across the road. Although it is in the centre , it is not a noisy neighborhood. My personal favorite about the facility, except the beautiful lobby, breakfast- so much attention to the details , very high quality ingredients.

Absolutely nothing. THIS HOTEL IS FULL OF THIEVING STAFF. THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF OR MANAGER STOLE $135 EUROS OUT OF MY FIANCÉES LUGGAGE. Let me start off by saying I work in the hospitality industry, specially the hotel/resort industry. I’ve worked as a Guest Service Agent, assisted in Housekeeping, worked as a breakfast cook, and a bartender, all for resorts. This hotel was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel I’ve visited, or worked at. My fiancée and I are very easy going, both work in customer service, and perhaps that makes it easy for a worthless hotel like this to take advantage of us. Weeks leading up to our stay, I requested a bottle of white wine, (which anyone with any reasonable experience would know should be chilled) pink roses and chocolates be left in the room to surprise my fiancée. When we arrived, the wine was left out, no ice, and wasn’t cold. The flowers were half dead, and not roses, at all. And we received half asses “snacks”. Nothing of which I requested or was charged for. The “manager”, charged me 60 Euros for these pathetic items. We decided to try to chill the wine ourselves, but as you might expect, upon opening the mini fridge, it was warm. Not even slightly cold. When we came to the desk and asked to have it looked at, she said she’d have someone look at it in the morning, which she did not. It was clear she could care less. We addressed it again in the morning, and were assured by the time we returned in the evening it would be taken care of. So, we left the wine in the mini fridge hoping by the time we returned it would be cold. We went about our day and returned to the hotel later that night, giving them ample time to fix, or replace, the mini fridge. Upon returning, we opened our mini fridge and discovered the wine gone, the mini fridge still a glorified heater, and no note explaining why the wine had been stolen from the room. Please keep in mind I had already paid 60 Euros for the wine and other items at this point.

Excellent location, quiet, safe, clean. Very good breakfast. Good value.

The breakfast is overall good, but I would like more vegetables and fruits variety. However I found everything needed, asked for yogurt and get it. The staff at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. In the morning, starting from 9, I could hear some construction works, but it night it was quiet room.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to touristic city center, there are also bus / trolley stops near the hotel, but meanwhile It was very quiet place, no noise heard from the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but they were able to accommodate us, the room was ready for us within an hour, and we are very grateful for this. The breakfast buffet could be a little more varied, but it's not a big issue

Breakfast was quite nice and a bonus for having a 4-hour availability window (7-11 AM). Room was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful old fixtures in the room reminding us of the former grandeur the hotel must have enjoyed. The hotel was set back from the street and one needs to walk through a concrete passageway to reach the front door of the hotel. The walk through this passageway was rather unpleasant as it smelled strongly of dog urine. Of course it was summer and there hadn't been any rain for awhile. Still, if someone could hose down the area, it could be more pleasant. Also the hotel is quite old (and very beautiful with marble floor and crystal chandeliers in the lobby). But it also means that electrical outlets are in short supply.
