shared kitchen, no frige in the room, and I hope the manager reach me to discuss, bc my 15 y o daughter and I didn't feel safe. I'm ready to discuss it. This is my very first negative review in 35 years of traveling around the world.

Amazing staff! The friendly and helpful reception went above and beyond to suit our needs and wants. Will definitely be coming back. Can only recommend! Cudos to the friendly man at the reception (dont have the name on me right now), definitely deserves a raise! ;)

Excellent location. Welcoming staff. Clean. Stayed only one night because of my flight stopover. It is within walking distance from Slavija Square where you can take the shuttle bus to Belgrade airport.

Dirty carpet, stained sheets, water was white and cloudy (probably because of the heater).

Good room, everything is quite new, doesn't stink, has a balcony, kettle, friendly staff. The hotel has two floors. There is no elevator. Cleaning was very rare. There are some basic things missing, including a refrigerator, slippers. Wi-fi, for me as a programmer, was very slow

Location for our purposes was good. Easy to find and go around the city. Staff acted quickly to our requests. Overall ok stay. The balcony was filled with broken glass when we arrived, but it was cleaned immediately after we mentioned this to front desk. Also, the door needed to be locked by key, and we didn't know this, which meant that our room was open for many hours for whoever to access before we noticed this.

Very big room. Bed was comfortable and I slept better than usual. Carpentry had a lot of stains, apt 101. Bed and bathroom seem to be clean though.
