Nobel Zira Hotel

Nice clean hotel with plenty of parking space.

The breakfast (eggs and bacon) was far too salty for my taste, and the loud music playing early in the morning made for an unpleasant start to the day. The room and hallway also had a damp, musty smell. I suspect the carpet may have been the cause, though I can't say for certain. The staff were alright, but I didn't find them particularly warm or hospitable. Overall, the stay was disappointing. I've stayed at better hotels in Belgrade, such as Lumière Hotel, for a similar price, where the overall experience was much better. I was very happy to leave lol.

it was perfect

Location was a bit away from the city center, but bus stops were nearby so it was easy to travel around the city by public transport. Supermarket was in the same building, that was very convenient Facilities need a little re-touch by new paint.

Horrible hotel, it’s falling apart, nothing works properly, no even basic essential like water, instant coffe, slippers, bathrobe. Breakfast was late, there’s no enough staff who works there, carpets are old and there’s smell of dust everywhere. For 70 e per night this should be minimum decent.

Hot water in the shower was kind of tricky to get. Breakfast was ok, but coffee was terible.

The location was central to everything we want see. The staff were excellent with a great breakfast. The room that we were upgraded to was nothing short of paramount!

It is short complain here. My room was on the front of an elevator, I couldn't sleep 2 nights very well- noise during the night and early morning, a lot of people coming to an elevator and spoke a lot that really disturbing me. Thanks God I was traveling alone, if it was with my family (especially with my daughter) it might be a full nightmare and totally unsatisfied vacation. Next time I will ask staff to change that type of room (definitely plan to come back).

The location is strategic, close to everywhere and republic square can reached by bus. Now the bus also was free in Belgrade. There is no free water or kettle in the room. Need to improve

I new the hotel from before. I appreciate it's convenient location in walking distance from Vukov Spomenik, Njegoševa st. and Slavia sq. I also appreciate it's close to public transport and has own parking. Lifts were partially not working. On our previous stay the parking has been included in price. This time it has been paid 15€/day. The parking is not secured from intrudes as it is shared wits a shopping mall. Also if the lifts are working they allow direct access from the parking to rest of the hotel (no card needed), so even the hotel premises are not extra safe.

The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good. Parking in the underground garage is paid, even though parking spaces are plentiful. The parking should be included.

The location is good. You can check in late. Maintained decently well. I arrived late and there was no hot water for the shower. It was lukewarm at best. Carpets look like they've seen a lot.

In short: the staff make the difference. Nice staff. It's a shame we didn't ask the names of the man and woman at the reception, but I remember another representative, ISIDORA: she was very patient and helped us with the planning...), there is excellent air conditioning in the room. Good wifi throughout. The cleaning staff provides good service, including changing bed linen and towels. Excellent location, a minute walk to the bus, the mall is right next to Jumbo. The hallway is not that clean, in my opinion something that would have been difficult to clean quickly. The shower floor is unstable, there is no variety of cheeses at breakfast.

Bed, pillows and air conditioning. Just great! Bathroom got flooded three times while showering and nobody came to fix it, despite the many calls I did to reception. Restaurant, high diversity but low quality.

A bit disappointed by the breakfast. The coffee machines were far from great, toaster was super slow and the cooked bacon was extremely salty

On admission the two girls were very polite and helpful. They arranged the underground parking free of charge. Location is good for our purposes. It was nice solution for bathroom cabin. Room was small but clean and the content of minibar was also free. The A/C did not work and couldn’t be adjusted without calling the receptionist. The reason (as cleared later) was that someone was opened the window and that prevented A/C for restarting and adjustment. The kitchen staff definitely need to be changed. Only two boys wondering from were to start. Dirty tables, narrow space between, splashed milk and ?liquid on the floor for more than half an hour( the only time spent for breakfast)The food -nothing special but need far more to be claimed delicious

Unfortunatly the food was bad and my 2 years daughter had stomac problems.

For me location was just great. A great bonus is supermarket behind the hotel! I was alone and staying in my room only to sllep or to change, so the room had everything I needed Breakfast was definitely a challenge)))))) I had a feeling the breakfast facility was not suitable for a quantity of guests, so lomg lines, running out of food, glasses, cutlery was unfortunately a case. I am vegan, so I was excited to see they have vegan breakfast, but in reality it was usual stuff: grilled veggies and fruits if you were lucky to get them. And no plant based milk
