Staff spoke Romanian Location Nice and cozy AC is working Showerdoor could not be closed There is no hot water Only a few parking spots and too expensive Bedrooms are too small for the size of the bed The remote controller is not working
-
The property is not very suitable for longer stays, as the rooms are quite small and there are no washer, dryer, or dishwasher facilities available, either in the room or on the premises. The pillows were also very uncomfortable.

Everything was great. Good price, nice and quiet location, comfy appartment.
-
Location is very close to popular venues. The room has everything you need and clean. Nothing to mention.
-
Too small room near the reception, images were different and room looked bigger and newer then it is in real.
-
The apartment was spacious and clean, it had everything we needed such as a mini kitchenette, a great shower, and nice living room area. The 24x7 staff at the boutique hotel were always helpful and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and there were several nice restaurants nearby.
-
The location was good , but a small downside was the school being right next to the hotel meaning through the day there is a lot of noise, other than that everything was amazing.
-
All good, best value for its price. Never used the kitchen appliances, but glad they are there

The staff at the reception is very friendly, access to private parking space, nearby markets, cafes and shops, 10-15 drive to city centre. Parking can be a bit tricky for maneuvering longer cars. (There are about four to five parking spaces in the hotel's front yard)

It was a family stay, a bit worn out, and outdated equipment and furniture. The rooms are very small, I was wondering about the architect's plan. Nevertheless, it served its purpose.

24 hours reception The apartment is so tight and small

Great service Everyone was great You can arrive by using the public bus

excellent size, a true one-bedroom with a separate room to sleep and another one as a living room. We liked the area. Not in the old town district, but close to nice buildings and some embassies/consulates. Taxis are cheap in Belgrade (so one is close to everything in essence), buses are free, but be aware of the different kinds of taxis, and those called lux (we were asked 3X the regular fare and had to argue and refuse to pay. I prefer the towels for the bathroom floor to be a different color.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I didn't expect the apartment to have two TVs, one in the living room another one in the bedroom :) Of course, we tried to watch some Serbian news and movies! There's also a school next to the hotel (it could be seen from our side of the building), and it proves that the windows properly block sounds. The location is great. No matter which direction you go, you'll find a bus or a tram to ride almost everywhere in the city. 1. The doors of the shower cabin need to be repaired. There's a small hole between them, so the water flows to the floor on the outside. We had to put a towel to the floor to stop water from spreading further. I believe this also adds more work to the cleaners every time. 2. Not a major issue, but the table in the living room is also a bit broken.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff.

They have charged me 175 EUR for burned chair by cigarette which was not performed by me and tried to explain but it was without result and I think it was a prearranged scinario in the second day and I did not get any confirmation for the check out in the last day which is an evidence for what I have explained. This is not fair and I request to get back it.

Hotel doesn’t have kitchen, so it orders meal from restaurant. Earliest breakfast is at 08:00, for some people it is too late. Parking lot is too small, and it costs about 20 euros

Close to St. Sava Church and Airport. Has an elevator for suitcases. Hotel arranged for taxi transfers and breakfast. It would be nice if the hotel had their own restaurant/cafe.
