The propery was beautiful. Rooms were comfy. The staff was incredible. There was a wedding in the dining area and our room was over the DJ. Made sleeping hard but they worked hard to accommodate us and moved us to a different and nicer room.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming ? From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was excellent. Great attention was paid to details, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Good size rooms comfortable beds super clean. Excellent breakfast amazing tasty food rubbish service due to being disorganized. No apologies they lack on managing the staff. Staffs attitude is excellent but its a full hotel 15 tables one waiters and slow service due to that. What should have been and excellent breakfast turned to a waiting game. Management should be more organized its such a shame for an amazing hotel to be this bad at service. And unfortunate they did enter my room without knocking the door obviously they panicked but still unexceptable

Loved this luxurious, plush hotel. The public areas were beautifully decorated with fabulous fresh flowers. The room was large, fresh flowers in the large bathroom, the breakfast was delicious. We could easily walk to the waterside restaurants for dinner. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It is simply one of the best hotels I stayed. Great care of the staff, amazing breakfast, beautiful rooms, comfortable bed. Its close to the city centre. And definitely try the SPA. Jelena has gorgeous hands.

The entire place exudes elegance in every way. If someone had blindfolded me and dropped me at The Bristol, I would not have been able to tell where I was. I really appreciated the welcome table with the wild strawberry preserves that is offered to guests upon arrival. Of course, if you're not up for something sweet, there's always a shot of "dunja" (quince rakija), or whatever else is your pleasure. The architecture is breathtaking. Every single detail was thought through, and it shows. The staff was exceptional - professional, friendly, respectful, cheerful, efficient, and always helpful. If you expect class, this is THE place! The restaurant's menu for lunch and dinner leaves one hungry. Thank goodness there are many restaurants to choose from to go to for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was excellent!

Every little detail has been thought of carefully. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is so friendly and warm. The breakfast was next level. Location is also great. Can’t wait to come back!
