Location was amazing. You can walk anywhere.

Location is good There was no on-site host. I arrived in Belgrade with phone issues and needed Wi-Fi. I got to the hotel and the internet was down, so I had to go to a nearby cafe immediately to notify the host and try to troubleshoot my phone problems. ​I returned and went to bed early, but woke up a few hours later because the room was super hot. I tried messaging with the host, but I couldn't get the AC to come back on (it was back on in the morning somehow). ​So, I opened the window the small amount that it could be opened for cooler air. The bed was wedged in between the bathroom and the window so tightly that the window could only be cracked. I was then woken by a huge, ongoing construction project just outside my window. When I complained, they just said it wasn't their problem since it wasn't their construction. ​The room was tiny—a queen bed squeezed between the wall and the bathroom, as I said. When you walk in, you have a very small space to stand or sit; the bottom of the bed is right in front of you and the bathroom is just to the right. ​I checked out the next morning and requested a refund for the 5 unused nights. Of course, they refused, and now it's a credit card dispute. I found another room just a few steps away for not much more money that was wonderful: a big room, helpful staff, and AC and internet that worked. I'm glad I moved rooms even if I lose the dispute. It was a 100% upgrade to my time in Belgrade.

Even though I never met the host in person, everything was perfectly smooth and the communication was great. The room was in perfect condition, clean and cosy. There were towels and toiletries in the spacious bathroom. Hangers and disposable slippers were available. Coffee maker, glasses, water and coffee waiting for you if you want to make coffee. The bed was really comfortable. The location is perfect. I will definitely stay here if I come to Belgrade again. There is currently some construction going on at the building across the street, I didn't mind it very much but just something to be aware of. The WiFi was kind of slow when I tried it so I just used my own mobile internet. And the TV channels didn't seem to work, although I only turned on the TV once just to check, maybe it was a temporary problem or if you ask the host I'm sure they would resolve it. But since I spent most of my days outside these weren't really any issues for me.

The room was not clean. The walls were dirty. The Curtains seemed to me not washed for a long time. Coffee machine and sugar tin were totally dirty. The bathroom door was not working properly.

The elevator is very small so if you are traveling with family and lots of suitcases it will take a few trips up and down but wasn’t a big deal to us.

The location is very good, as well as the option for a safe paid parking place nearby at the shopping center parking. Nice place for a short stay. The process of self check-in might be convenient in some cases, but for me personally it was disturbing to hide some money for the parking at a specific spot at the reception and having to send a photo to prove I have left it... A person at the reception would make a great difference and level-uo the accommodation. They could work some more on the room maintenance as well - the shower leaks outside of the cabin and the whole bathroom becomes a wet mess. Also the bed sheets were torn with a hole on it. The room and the bathroom were very clean thou. There is a construction site at the next building right now, which spoils a bit the surrounding atmosphere, but this is only till it lasts.

It has absolutely virtual reception. After COVID tradition of social distancing. All procedures starting from Check IN until Check out were done remotely by instructions in WhatUp. So guest without smartphone and mobile Internet will be helpless even to get access code for the front door. We had Internet connection and enjoyed staying in that hotel. Location is wonderful except of construction area in 5 m from the building. But it is temporal noise issue. No personal on reception area. WhatsUp can't replace human in all situations.

The apartment really exceeded our expectations. Location is really exceptional, I do not think you can find a better location if you want to walk around the city center, and main pedestrian zone. Check-in very easy, the staff were available for all questions, I would highly recommend this place!

The location is perfect and the taxi service from the airport was very helpful. They were able to pick us up quite early in the morning to bring us to the property. They also allowed us to store our luggage with them after check out until we came back to pick it up at the end of the day. There were not toiletries (no shampoo, body wash, or conditioner) in the bathroom like the reservation stated there would be. There were some varied carpet beetles in the bed, which are harmless but indicate a lack of thorough cleaning. The shower water leaks onto the carpet in the room, so the floor is a bit ugly near the entrance to the bathroom. Finally, the room is exceptionally small but this was expected as seen in the photo.

Grounds were very nice and well kept. The room was spacious and clean. Prime location great for walking and exploring. They are currently doing renovations (Mar-Apr 2026) right across the property (which can get loud) but our experience was still good.

Nice room and very polite staff. The view is amazing. It was really quite inside the room. There are many interesting places within walking distance.

Location is closer to the active pedestrian street near the fortress. Very small room - about 7 feet x 12 feet, including the bathroom area. The bed was wedged between a side wall and shower door - not possible to rool off the bed to either side. Window facing active ongoing construction site, noise started around 7:30am. No hot water for day and a half.

Perfect little room at the heart of the city center 2 min close to shopping mall and all the other attractions. I’d have loved to have a mini bar in the room but its still okay

Top location, very nice room, clean and modern.

The room must clean. Everything is well prepared. The building is in very nice spot. The room is modern. Inside of the building is also really nice. although almost everything is nearly perfect what I really do not like about this is room is very, very small actually, especially when you are 2 in room It is a little bit claustrophobic to sleep together because there is a nearly no room. I mean no space to turn right or left because the bat is limited with bathroom glass on the left and limited with wall itself on the right. So if you decided to turn right to sleep or turn left to sleep, there is no room for a space to sleep effectively. Everything is almost nearly perfect, but bed. So if you want to sleep as 2 person one must be upside down.

Very nice rooms in the best location to visit Belgrade. Clean, tidy and spacious. Host very kind and responsive. Strongly recommended! Nothing! Everything was excellent!
