I had a very bad experience with this place first they gave me a room with no cold water at the sink I couldn’t brush my teeth at the sink and I had to use the bathroom shower to wash my face or brush my teeth I told the front desk and they told me they don’t have a room available and either leave and get my money refunded or wait till the next day and they will move me it was late so I waited till the next day , they moved me to a different room the water was working fine my stay was for 14 days and after the first week I had a skin infection all over my body , my arms legs and my back with a severe itch I went to the pharmacy near by and the pharmacist told me this is from bed bugs she gave me a prescription to help me with the itching and the inflammation, I told the front desk person and his response was I should’ve told him earlier so he can move me to a different room and he apologized for that , few days later I checked out and I had to dispose some of my cloths and took the rest of my cloths to the laundry and washed and dryed them in a hot temperature I emailed management and told them about my bad experience and demanded some sort of refund which they kindly declined they offered me a discount for the next stay that I cancelled, I had a reservation for two more weeks two days after checkout , over all it wasn’t a good experience and one more thing the carpet is so filthy that I couldn’t walk bear foot in the room this place needs serious sanitation.

Room had a busted air conditioning and the ice machine didn’t work. Outlets were also super loose and couldn’t hold my phone charger. Facility was relatively well kept but dated.

Easy parking

Rooms are in poor conditions, my window was blocked with a plywood, so obviously, they have break-ins around the area. Room had a damp feeling, had to spray the room to get the smoke smell down. Should've just slept in my car for the night. Only good thing was the chicken place where I ate.

As a very frequent traveler, hotel hospitality reflects is the business of welcoming guests, providing lodging, and ensuring a comfortable, memorable stay. Key departments include the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage. The check in was okay. However , when I inquired about the ice machine I was told it was out of order and was invited to get cold water from the store. Mindful it was hot in Los Angeles County. The shower curtain was full of holes. There was no hair dryer in the room. You literally have to request to check the hair dryer out. Moreover, there was no washcloth to shower with. The available towels in the room were two hand towels and a standard bath towel. Furniture had to be moved to access plugs for charging devices. The decor and furniture appeared straight from the 1970’s. An utterly and disappointing stay that was not customer focused.

The hotel is ok and close to a lot of stores so for the price is good and good A/C
