Great property and location. All stores were very convenient and in walking distance of hotel. Valet is also included which made it easier for parking and calling vehicle up when we were ready to leave. The hotel guest was extremely friendly. Would definitely visit again

VIP access of 20% off food advertised on listed was not honored. Door did not have extra lock like most hotels, just a digital lock.

Si no vas al Casino, no recomiendo hospedarse ahí. Todo está enfocado en el Casino. El personal de los restaurantes o cafetería no les interesa brindar algún servicio especial a los huespedes del hotel. La ubicación está lejos de todo. No regresaré a ese hotel.

Parkwest bicycle casino was nothing short of amazing. The staff for all areas were nice and very helpful. The valet was very organized and security made us feel safe 24/7. The cute decorations and furniture made us comfortable and made us feel fancy whiles staying in Los Angeles! This was a great hotel!

There was hair in the bathroom (more than one) in sink and bathtub. The Front desk person was nice and professional when I checked in and out. I think his name was Anthony. The security guards were very rude when I was walking into the Greek Concert for Melisses and they told me I have to go move my car. They said that I parked my car where I wasn't supposed to for the concert. I went and talked to the valet guy and he told me it was fine and to just ignore them. When I complained the next morning to Anthony he said there are new security guards who are overly strict and try to make a first impression because they are new. I didn't appreciate being policed by them right before the concert. Other than that, my stay was great.

The hotel was very clean but our room was hot and we couldn't get it to cool off with the thermostat. Our deadbolt door lock did not work.

We always enjoy staying here. Have been doing so for years. We come to work in east LA and find the location excellent for where we need to go.

This our second time and we actually just booked again for the 3th time. I love this hotel, staff is ABOVE AND BEYOND!! We are locals but this is an amazing gateway for us. When you need time alone, this a perfect place to escape. Only down side is that regular room AC is not the best but regardless every stay has been amazing. Do not think twice and just book.

The hotel should have complimentary EV charging stations for people who play, eat or stay.
