We arrived after a nasty bout of traffic, and there was a Manager's Reception happening. Each adult got two drinks and there were tons of snacks. It was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Room was great with lots of space for everyone and my kids loved the pool.

Clean, good food, helpful staff.

Everything was exactly as I expected, our room was quiet and comfortable.

We had to get a new coffee pot as the one we had leaked out of one of the ports. The breakfast was extremely good (their omelette bar is top-notch for a hotel). The hot tub was out of commission, so that was a real bummer considering how much $$ two nights cost. It was better than a lot of hotels I’ve stayed in, but because the cost was so high, my expectations are much higher.

Dated rooms, but good if you need a master bedroom with extra room. Not super great but ok level

The reception staff was very welcoming and made sure we knew all the availability and times of the various amenities. They informed us we could order room service using the QR code in the room, but unfortunately ordering the kids meals was not an option. My husband called down to the restaurant who gave some back and forth on bringing the meals to the room. I had two young children who wanted to go to the pool closing within the hour and I was stuck in the room with a disabled child who would not have handled additional transitions well. The food was delivered and I did not realize that they had already included 22% gratuity in the bill (it wasn’t itemized) and I tipped an additional $10 on top. My husband had to call down to the restaurant again to find out why it was so much, which is when they told him. There was nothing clearly stated or explained about gratuity automatically being included and it was only 3 meals so it didn’t meet the 6 person minimum for auto inclusion. It took my husband conversations with three different people who all said they’d handle it to have it rectified and properly addressed. I don’t mind generous tipping, but $22 on $36 wasn’t warranted. Everything else was fine. The breakfast was really nice, with many options. All in it was a good stay despite the lack of transparency with the food.

My family of 6 stayed for a week, it’s a wonderful hotel and great service. Every employee was super friendly and helpful. The amenities were amazing we enjoyed the free breakfast and the manager’s reception wonderful way to take a break from activities with the family. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable; the hotel is in a convenient spot to access the highway and a grocery store and Starbucks. Great for family travel. The breakfast was fair, but the omelette bar was a nice addition

I loved staying at this hotel the staff was nice the breakfast was huge and delicious! Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The gym and pool were nice if I had any complaints was that the pool water was cold but that's really it.

Only the breakfast Everything else was definitely not what I expected from being a regular customer at embassy suites properties. This was the poorest service and conditions of the room I have experienced at an embassy suites properties
