The weekend we stayed they had some kind of tournament or event where the staff looked and made you feel overwhelmed. They had one desk lady and had a line of people trying to check in. Also, no mention that parking was not included.
-
rooms are large and well appointed. Rooms were not cleaned automatically bc the property was sold out. Really a strange letter from management about the lack of service. The site needs deep cleaning and rooms need updating.

Easy to find, close to the freeway.Loved the Saxophone music playing during the “happy hour”. It was not recorded, it was live. The rooms are always clean and very well kept, the hotels are always nice. Cannot go wrong with them. The fact that after charging me a significant amount of money to stay there, they charged me 22 a night for parking. There is no where else to park, it is in the middle of office buildings, businesses. So considering I can’t walk more than 100-200 ft what choice did I have. And it wasn’t even Valet parking.

This was one of the BEST hotels I have went on vacation stay at. They have a enormous spread for breakfast with chef omelets

Was the for 2 days and they didn't clean the room. We even asked, as they cleaned the room next to ours, and we left the door open for them to clean. They said that they didn't have time to clean the room. So, we asked for some extra replacement items, but they didn't speak English, so trying to get those items didn't work, we just did without. Other than that, nice rooms, and the front desk is thorough, and the room has been ready every time we have shown up to the property. Fix the room cleaner issues, and this is a decent property to stay. Oh, very basic breakfast, never really changes much from the last 3 times I have stayed there, but palatable.

Staff wasn’t helpful. Our key didn’t work and had to go back 3 times to front desk.

One downside was the popcorn ceiling in the separate bedroom. A door for the bedroom was a definite plus for adults who want a little bit of peace/privacy. However, I was concerned about the popcorn ceiling.Particularly if it began to deteriorate or flake , it would be worth considering an update to the ceiling for both appearance and peace of mind.

Only nitpick was that the bathroom drain seemed to be clogged because the water would fill up while you were taking a shower. This was in 426

Great stay overall. Been staying here for decades. Staff is always awesome. Pool and gym hours are now inconvenient. We were unable to use. Keep it open late for adults only. Property is starting to show its age and how dare you charge for parking! I refused and did not pay. I did not fn walk there and expect to park my car without any fees or hassle. Not a good look.

Breakfast buffet and managers reception was great. Nice property to stay at for the Seattle area.

Comfortable bed. Great blackout curtains. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent value. I would stay here again.

This hotel used to be nice. It’s gone downhill and feels like a very dated motel rather than a Hilton level hotel. Prices are high and you pay for parking. The tub faucet wouldn’t turn so I couldn’t take a shower. Noise echoes through the hotel and is non stop all night. Old smell because clearly the place has not been updated well or recently. Front desk has to leave the desk to get the alcohol for all alcohol purchases so you wait forever for everyone to buy their alcohol in evening as there’s only one person. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties and this was a huge disappointment because I remember staying here when it was really nice.

Like the breakfast and afternoon complimentary drinks.

The breakfast is fabulous and the atmosphere of the hotel is top notch. We especially love the courtyard area. We also like the layout of the rooms, with a locking door to the bedroom which is separate from the living area with sleeper sofa. Our favorite place to stay in Seattle area!

Amazing

Especially at check in, the front desk is kind, cordial very professional. Personalized and address me by name each time. Made me feel very welcome and relax to stay
-
The set up of the rooms around a common area. The queen suites were wonderful. The coffee and food selection were very good. The high chlorine content and smell of the pool. Plus the elevators moved slowly and the waits could be long.

Very nice room, everything in great condition. Enjoyed the hot tub and adult-only time later in evening. Cleaning staff and carts in hallway most of the day.
