There were also flies on the ceiling and flying around the room\. The door had a noticeable gap where I could see into the hallway, which allowed even more noise to come into the room\. The hallway was loud and the door did not provide adequate sound insulation\. To make matters worse, the coffee maker in the room did not work\. I went downstairs hoping to get some hot water, but they did not have any available\. I got virtually no sleep and ultimately had to check out early and drive home during the night\. This was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay\. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will never stay here again\.

The hotel is a bit run down aesthetically, but overall it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was excellent - very friendly and accommodating. We had a noise issue next door to us during the wee hours of the night and the staff handled it quickly and effectively. The breakfast was not great but we went to IHOP instead. Overall, I would stay here again for the price.

Not the best maintained hotel

Good place to stay for an overnight stop. Hotel and room were clean and well kept. Staff was efficient, if not overly friendly and helpful.

Great stop over

Overall pretty rundown, it could really use a refresh. One mattress in our room smelled of body odor. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Clean and comfortable room

Having a prompt and reliable taxi servicie may be a great customer service….

The bathroom had long black hairs in tub on the floor. We are both blondes and it was not ok to clean that up. Young women at check in was lovely. However cleaning should have been better.

Easy check-in. Front desk lady was prompt and helpful.

Ok place - cheap upgrade

I will never book this again. It was gross. We ended up booking another hotel and just ate the money.

It was a bit dirty. There was hair in the bathroom and had a dog like smell coming from the bathroom. The toilet was pink and peeling. The pictures were not like the room at all. The carpet felt gross.

Parking was adequate but full due to some construction equipment. Not a ton of full sized parking space but ok. Room was not as renovated as the pictures would suggest, but the room was very clean. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

No body wash,mattress loose.

Musty smell in my room, but everything was clean and staff was very nice. Location is great. Many food options nearby. There are a lot of vagrants walking around nearby all day long.

A clean place with helpful staff. A little bit older, and definitely showing its age; there was a place where the wall had been obviously repaired, for example. And all utensils and mugs and such are disposable rather than reusable. But a clean, safe place to crash for a night.

Beware..This Baymont will not make your bed or give you fresh towels or empty your trash unless you specifically ask them to. No longer is cleaning a baseline service one can expect...they require you to ask for your room to be cleaned. It is on a sign on the Front Desk which you may or may not see...It is also on the check in which you may or may not read when you sign it. It is not articulated nor does the check in staff ask you whether you want your bed made, clean towels or trash can emptied. You are to know this and know to read the fine print. They also do not provide a door hanger to request that the room be cleaned. You have one that says you want to sleep in but in most hotels you can flip it to ask to have your room cleaned. It is disappointing to come back to an unmade bed and dirty wet towels after an evening event. When I complained to the staff they pointed me to the fine print on the checkout paperwork and their sign saying I have to request what I consider a basic service. Silly me I just expect a hotel to offer this as a basic service the advertise. Looks like they should change their advertising to ..A clean room only if you ask for one. In case this company does not know it they are in the SERVICE business....and to shrug that off and say SERVICE ON REQUEST is a poor business plan. I asked for an adjustment on my bill and they said we have this sign and this on your contract so no. They also said since I booked through Expedia good luck to me.
