Holiday Inn Express Bellingham by IHG

I've stayed in Bellingham many times at about 6 or 7 different hotels; this is by far the cleanest, most well-maintained, and has the most attentive staff by far.

Unaccommodating staff. Comfortable bed. Walls and ceiling/ floor are thin and transmit a lot of noise.

Very clean, warm and helpful staff, very accommodating if there were any changes or modifications, ordering a car for a complimentary ride to the airport, etc. Enjoyed my stay very much.

This hotel was okay, the room was clean, but the noise at this hotel is pretty bad. The plumbing is very noisy, you can hear every toilet flush and shower run, the rooms are also not very soundproof at all, all night i could hear people walking around, car horns when people where locking their cars, people talking in the hallway. The beds were okay for comfort, definitely indented where people sleep. The pool was okay but pretty cold, and the hot tub needs to be deep cleaned. The best part of our stay was the breakfast, they do have probably the best hotel breakfast ive ever had at a hotel. I was bummed that the gym was not actually part of the hotel, they partner with a gym located outside of the hotel which is inconvenient. Overall the stay was mediocre, the breakfast made up for the mediocre experience.

When I booked this reservation a month earlier, the first page of pics showed the hotel on a golf course. I picked it for that reason - the setting. When I arrived, the hotel staff said the golf course was about 3-4 miles away. The owner of hotel also owns the golf and wanted to advertise it as well. I believe this is false advertising.

Superb

Clean room, easy check-in, however, no coffee maker in room, and the hotel must be "pet friendly" because the person in the room next to me had a dog that barked from 10pm - 1am every time I would start to fall asleep.

Clean room, helpful front desk, a wonderful stay

We had three rooms and 8 family members. The hotel staff were so nice . Great breakfast options. We will definitely go back.

Great stay

The warm cookies left out were amazing! Pet friendly room on ground level did not have a bathroom fan which caused some staining on the ceiling. Staff were all kind and helpful. Not very soundproof. However would stay here again for value and it being close to everything.

Great location. The outside area was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the gardens and water features. The staff were kind and helpful.
