The pool and breakfast Waiters in the breakfast restaurant should be polite and humble. They are a bit rude and working forcefully .

The number one thing here is the location. The room was pretty big and decent amenities. Felt safe during Carnaval, there was always a guard by the elevator checking that people going up were in fact guests. Big store just a couple blocks away and some decent restaurants nearby. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. For example, the scrambled eggs were watery almost every day, which made them inedible. They also need signs for what things are for dietary restrictions. I went to use the pool one day, but there were no towels or anyone to talk to to be able to ask for one. The gym is a joke, not enough equipment to get in a real workout, so if you're actually looking to exercise you'll have to look for a gym outside the hotel. One night I got a call from another room soliciting sex, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I brought this to the staff's attention, they apologized but did nothing.

Friendly staff and the pool was ok! This isn’t a 4 star hotel. To achieve this rating it needs modernisation. Felt more like a cheap airport lay-over hotel. There was a lot of rubbish blowing around the entrance area when we arrived. The breakfast wasn’t great. The scrambled eggs were watered down with milk, so swimming in liquid. If you placed the eggs on toast it was drenched. We also arrived really early in the morning from the airport, but had to pay the additional day before so we at least had somewhere to sleep on immediate arrival. Many hotels do offer a half day fee. Felt a bit unfair that we paid for a breakfast and an overrated hotel experience for a day we wasn’t actually there. It wasn’t like the hotel was particularly busy, so I’m sure a half day price could have been offered due to the time of our arrival.

The TV didn’t work, we asked them to fix it but they didn’t!

Not comfortable bed, no heat in the bathroom, ac didn’t work. Cold in the room. Old tv. Have to upgrade the standards of the room

Cannot complain about the bed. Bathroom is very old and with bad maintenance, water pressure really low coming from both the tap and shower.
