I liked the staff (everyone was welcoming). The Wi-fi was not good (in many parts of the day and night) and there were situations that I thought the air conditioning of the gym was off.

The luxury room on 16th floor was very comfortable with excellent bed. The espresso machine had 2 cafe capsules but no complimentary water to make cafe!!! Told service and fixed it. Location of hotel is very good Breakfast except from watermelon ( that was excellent) was very average, lots of sugary tasteless products, average quality of everything. Tapioca also not good. Cafe also average. No option for espresso at breakfast. Really disappointing breakfast. Only ate the watermelon out of necessity. The GYM is badly maintained with old machines. Pool also small and not so clean ( maintenance seems to be a big problem to this hotel although prices are expensive )

Front desk is always manned, with at least 3 people during busy hours. Rooms were clean and bedding nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of options with great variety during the week. Good price for 4 people sharing a large room. Very minor, but the shower box sealing was faulty, leaving puddles in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was of ample size and the bathroom/shower were great compared to other places we've stayed in Brazil. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast is good with ample choices. We found the location to be convenient for visiting the sites we were interested in on foot. The shopping center and supermarket nearby are a big plus. Like most places we've stayed in Brazil, the lighting in the room was inadequate. Also, the furniture (chairs) have been well used and need to be replaced. But these are minor issues. For a large chain hotel, this was a great choice.
