Promenade Pancetti Belo Horizonte

Everything was perfect! The room was so clean, spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, the variety of food was very impressive. The location was awesome, the view to the city was so beautiful. We were really pleased with our days there. The staff was super friendly and helpful, special thanks to Brenda and Amanda, they made our experience there even easier and better. Also, one detail that I complain about most places is the lack of full length mirrors, but Pancetti have them in the bedrooms, as as we were going to a wedding, it was very helpful. They also had a regular hair dryer (way better than those that are hooked to the wall) and make up mirror. If you are there on Thursdays, don’t miss the street fair that happens in the street of the hotel, the food options are really good. No complaints.

Thanks to English speaking staff, I was able to find and use a public laundry nearby the hotel.

Spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast. We were upgraded for free to a top floor suite. It is a large hotel and during our stay, there were very few other guests, which made it feel almost deserted at times.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean room. Confortable bed. Very happy with my stay. The safe box in the room was not working. Maintenance staff couldn’t fix it on the spot, but the reception offered to change my room straight away.

Pool got sun most of day No emergency lighting in stairwell: had to descend in darkness during a 9 hour power cut. Had to ask 4 times for a safe that worked Room advertised as having a microwave but I had to ask for one to be installed

Attendants were kind & gentle! Only that! A lot of noise, remodeling the front part of the building and property staff do not publish, notice or alert you about this sort of things prior to your rental! Its not a hotel, it's a building whose owners rent the apartment rooms ! Next door to me there was noise the entire week hamering, drilling tools, beside others from 8 am and still the entire day! I complained to the manager of the property about the noise and heard they could not do anything because that was performed by order of the owner! Its an expensive place and even if you rent thinking it is a hotel, you trully will find it is not!! I had to withstand with the noise without any compensation ! They only offered to me to change room but I felt it did not resolve anything concerning to the noise! Bad time...

Facilities and room were fair for the price. The staff who welcomed us was very unprofessional. Asking questions that were irrelevant, making me say thing I rather not in front of my partner. Also giving me the total value for the room in a very explicit manner. Giving me the paper to sign and check the values could be done in a more subtle manner as well.

The parking is not included in the booking and you have to pay extra which I think is unnecessary and inconvenient. Apart from that the stay was very comfortable and the breakfast is good. Staff super friendly.

Staff Room, common areas and breakfast

I had a great stay at Promenade Pancetti. I stayed in a suite on the 19th floor, which was spacious and comfortable, with great view. The staff was welcoming and friendly (not everyone spoke English). The location of the hotel is also excellent. The breakfast is decent, but nothing to write home about. I used the dry-cleaning service, and that was excellent: handed in in the morning, returned in the evening. At breakfast, not everything was always available (e.g., milk, certain type of fruit) - twice I had to ask the staff for things to be re-filled. No big deal though ...
