I really liked how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the property was. The location was convenient, but the outsiders neighbors was too noisy after hours but the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay there again. Just the neighbors late night noise.

Location, breakfast. Valet Parking. Free water. Good WiFi. Cleaning Service, hard towels, dirty mirrors, shower drainage not good. Dirty corners. Some rooms have broke wooden floors. TV channels. Only a few channels and no International channels.

Almost everything. Very clean, comfortable king size beds, breakfast with lots of choices, valet parking. Friendly staff. Internet partially instable. Little bit bad smell in the room. Cleaning of room needs to be requested which we were not aware of. Parking cost BRL 40 per day but worth it.

Convenient for me, (F 77 y.o.) a solo traveler; I was just looking for a place to stay. Easy pick-up and drop-off, but not much to see or do in the immediate neighborhood. Great free breakfasts. Quiet. Dark hallway when first stepping off the elevator, but lights were quickly motion activated. Room closet was dark. Almost left my black slacks behind, hanging in the dark closet.

Staff was wonderful, especially Washington, the security, Gomes at the restaurant, and many others who I unfortunately did not make a note of the name. Breakfast was excellent. Location was great. I was very pleased with my stay and would come back. Calling into the room was nearly impossible. My sister tried to reach me at my room but had a hard time getting someone to approve/send the call to my room.

Booked it for being close to the airport and having a desk. Did not dissapoint. Really nice desk to work on and a comfortable chair. Clean. Nice spacious room with a fancy bathroom. Breakfast was also up to standard, with some healthy choices I was not expecting. Really good value for money for this hotel. The neighbourhood in which the hotel is located seemed a bit dull.

Absolutely perfect fetch bathroom. Good light above mirror, mirror was heated to prevent condensation, extra magnifying mirror, hair dryer soap, shampoo R$30 extra charge for parking was not mentioned in the price quote
