localização boa staffs atenciosos café da manhã com a qualidade muito baixa, frutas estavam duras e azedas, só bem apresentadas. Não tinha mta opção de comida e se quisesse algo mais, é pago. Por 165 reais /pessoa esse buffet deveria ser no mínimo de qualidade altíssima com muito mais opções. jantar, eu pedi uma carne que deveria ser de ótima qualidade e estava dura tanto a minha quanto a do meu vô.. a única carne boa que comemos foi uma costela o quarto não era limpo devidamente meu vô tomava o café que o quarto tem todo dia e eles não limpavam o lixinho da cafeteira, mesmo repondo o café (se repôs, obviamente estava com o lixinho cheio) o chão do banheiro tava com cabelo o tempo todo entao parece que não varriam ou varriam de qualquer jeito tomada do quarto desmontou enquanto eu colocava o adaptador pagamos 25 mil reais em 5 dias aqui no copacabana palace pagamos apenas 5 mil a mais por 5 dias também e a qualidade é absurda de diferente esperávamos a mesma qualidade ou pelo menos perto, pelo valor, e foi uma decepção

My stay at Fasano Hotel was very pleasant overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, and the food and restaurant service were excellent. The room was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. The main issue was housekeeping, which I believe needs improvement. Upon arrival, the bathroom did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The duvet cover had a stain near the foot of the bed, the throw blanket had visible dirty spots, and the floor still had debris even after the room was serviced. I also had an issue with airport transportation. I asked the front desk if the hotel offered airport transfer and was told yes, so I requested it. However, a taxi was arranged without clear communication about the cost. I was charged 300 reais, and only learned this when the driver asked if I had been informed. I had understood the service might be complimentary. For a hotel of Fasano’s level, I would expect either complimentary transport or clear pricing in advance so guests can make an informed decision. I likely would have chosen an Uber (around 200 reais) if I had known the cost. Overall, considering the nearly 10,000 reais paid for two nights, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and clearer communication regarding services.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and caring, specially Daniel, who offered us great local spot tips. The room was spacious and had a great design. Bedding and towels were high-quality, amenities were really good. Food was delicious! I highly recommend their breakfast--it was pricy but worth it, specially if you are having brunch. The bed pillows were not great (I do not know if they offer different ones though, as I did not bother to ask). One of the cups available at the room's mini bar was not clean. The pool area was considerably small.

The welcome treat from “stewardship team” and Gero restaurant was just perfect! Elevators and main entrance was too dark. I understand the design and cozy style but a little bit of brightness would be nice. To give an example, a guest (using glasses) has asked me to press the button since she couldn’t really identify her floor… I have told the reception and they agreed is a common feedback from guests and they don’t really understand why nothing has been done so far.
