Breakfast was good value for the price. The location is very good, relatively quiet but near one of Belo's main streets Afonso Pena. Just one detail - bathrooms need face towels

Location The hotel smells really bad, like cheap cleaning products with a terribly strong perfume, and the hallways are dirty. I asked the staff a question about the dinner and they made fun of me, I felt disrespected. I won’t come back, that’s for sure.

The personnel was very friendly The room was smelly. Room cleaning services were lazy - the coffee equipment was dirty. Furniture was battered.

Staff at the counter were rude. Pretty hard to find someone who spoke another language. Didn’t accept cash. Weren’t helpful with our work trip in regards to getting a receipt

Very good value for money. Brilliant location, very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast very good. I was put in the accessible room, without needing or asking for one. The room was good, but the bathroom gets very wet because of the open shower. Other than that, a very good stay.

Great location, staff were attentive and friendly. Rooms are good, we stayed at the highest level so the views were amazing. Cleanliness was good. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We would definitely come back. Nothing bad to comment

Well located hotel, nice staff and good varied breakfast. During my whole stay my shower soap/shampoo dispenser was empty. People at the reception were helpful and provided me with soap bars, but I had to ask for it. Otherwise everything went great.

good sized room, impeccable breakfast and friendly staff the AC was not working. I communicated the desk about it on saturday morning, they said they'd send someone to check it. When i got back to the hotel at night, the problem was still there. I checked with the receptionist again, he said someone was going to come look at it in a few minutes. Nobody came. The next day, I complained again for the 3rd time, so they sent someone, who checked it and said the AC would work in a few minutes. It didn't. it was 36 hours of sweating in that room. I feel like they were trying to avoid solving the problem or moving me to a new room.

The hotel is in a great location, making it incredibly convenient for both work and leisure. It’s within walking distance to several popular bars, perfect for evening outings, and just a short walk away from the office, which made my daily commute a breeze. Unfortunately, the check-in process was quite slow, taking much longer than expected. This was a bit frustrating, especially after a long day of travel. Additionally, the shower in my room was malfunctioning, with inconsistent water pressure and temperature, which made it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower.
