Delicious breakfast; excellent room, service, access, and location! The blankets were dirty, and the housekeeper couldn't replace them because it was a flat-style unit. The pillows were very old and in poor condition. That is why I do not recommend staying in a flat.

Location was really good! Friendly staff. Breakfast was really good with bread, juice, and fresh fruits I believe that the bedding could be better.

Super well located. Near all amenities and walkable distance to most downtown. A bit noisy, but I completely understood - I stayed during carnaval.

Location is good, close to where I worked at BeFly Minascentro. Breakfast was good with a variety of selection of bread and generous fruit servings. The room was decent, expected for a budget hotel and cleaned every day, microwave for use at the lobby. My biggest concern was I was charged about 400 reais more than what I was quoted in Booking.com for a 7-night stay, and about 50 reais more on the subsequent 1-night stay. I was confident the amount stated in Booking.com was inclusive of the tax, and was shocked when I was asked to pay more. Communication was difficult at the counter due to the language barrier as English is not well-spoken, on top of I had to wait so long for check-in. There was also confusion over the status of my booking. I booked for 2 person in Booking.com, and was quoted for 2, I even showed screenshot of my booking, but again I was charged more for another person. Confusions also occurred regarding breakfast, on the first day I was told my booking was without breakfast, upon more inquiries they said it was with one breakfast (even though the other guest was [resent at check-in, and I thought all the extra payment for for breakfast). So my guest didn't have breakfast the whole stay, until I realized on the last day it was included. I extended my stay for another night cause it was inconvenient to look for another place, and both booked through Booking.com. However, for both I had to pay significantly higher that what was quoted on Booking.com. I'm a regular user of Booking.com and this is the first time that I was asked to pay this much more. Long check in process. I waited in line for almost an hour for checking in on a Sunday at 3 pm. This is unusual in any places that I have stayed before. After a long flight, this is the last thing a traveler wants. Also it took too long for me to get my receipts when checking out. Relatively longer wait for elevator on daily use.
