The value for money, specially with the kindness off the staff is amazing. I was there due medical issues. The hotel has wheelchair, bath chair and is connected directly to a hospital. an unique concept. the pool is to small.

Staff were nice but not helpful For an international hotel chain, it should have English speaking staff Breakfast selections was not good Gym smelled Pool was not clean Room had the safety deposit box removed out of it and I had to call and get them to install another one

The pictures on here are old, the rooms are in terrible conditions, dirty, staff is not friendly and does not help, I had many issues with the guest next to my room. Everything, you sell one thing and offer another. Please post updated room pictures. The internet did not work most of the time and I had to use my own from my cellphone. I called man times about it.

this hotel shouldn't even be on the Booking.com hotel list. This hotel accommodates people who undergo some type of treatment at a nearby hospital. Towels old and frayed, mosquitoes in the room. We spent one night there because it was late and we had nowhere to go. The other day early we left for another hotel and we never want to stay at this hotel again. this hotel shouldn't even be on the Booking.com hotel list.
