One of the lifts wasn't working. So, we had to take the stairs in order to going down.

It was closed to the location I had to co si t business The hotel does not even provide plastic cups in the room. You have to ask . The floor is stained, and feels like it’s dirty. Even if it was cleaned, the impression is that it’s dirty, but I think it’s stained. Few items (toilet paper holder, light fixture coming undone in bathroom. The lights in the corridor takes about 3 seconds to go on in the 15th floor- sensor is not accurate. Face Towels were stained and could use a quality check prior to place it in your room. Breakfast was okay. Simple but for the place, it was reasonable. It did not change for the 6 nights I stayed, everyday it was the same items . Overall, I would stay there alone, and not with family. The price was right for this time of the year, and amenities were as it’s expected.

Pros : comfortable bed, quiet, good buffet breakfast. Cons : not a good neighbourhood. Blocked sink. Nothing to do in the area.

I booked a room for my wife, my 6 month baby and myself. It was two single twin beds which was dangerous for my baby to sleep in. Honestly I've never booked a hotel for two parents and a baby under 1 year and been giving a room with two single beds before. I hope the hotel will look into changing this unsafe policy in the future.

It was a horrible experinece. The managment was too bad. They knew that they have a lot of guest but it looks they were not prepare. I did not like mainly the management of breakfast. Also, there was line at reception because there was only one person to attend instead of 3 (as they have 3 computers there)
