Clean and well cared property.

The hotel looks new, the staff is very helpful, and the noise isolation is very efficient for a hotel located on a busy avenue. Nothing to report.

Location Very bad! The outlets in the room didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, the television was very old and my husband couldn't work (he needed it because he was working while I was going to the doctor). The air conditioning took more than four hours to start working, and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. The hotel restaurant took the wrong pizza order and we returned immediately to bring the right pizza, but they didn't make another one, but scraped the pizza and put the pepperoni on top, leaving the remains of the previous pizza and had the nerve to take the cold pizza with the remains of the other pizza. Total chaos! We informed the hotel reception immediately upon arrival about the malfunctioning of the refrigerator, television and air conditioning. The outlets only found out in the morning when our cell phones and computer didn't even have a charge to call an Uber! The receptionist said that we would be transferred to another room the next day. But that didn't happen. They wanted to charge us much more to transfer us. And we had to look for another hotel, which caused a lot of disruption to our trip. I chose the hotel because of its location (proximity to the doctors I had scheduled) and it was terrible! I had to go to a hotel far away.

Reasonably good channels. Very close to the climate convention centre. No halal food (kosher) option for Muslim guests. Most of the staff do not understand nor can speak English.

There was a corporate event on the restaurante on Saturday lunch, so it was busy. Staff couldn’t handle the amount of customers - service got a little messy, orders couldn’t be picked and delivered fast.

It was clean. No carpeting on hallways or rooms causing echoing, people running in the hallways yelling loudly, loud guests. Location not good unless you're visiting to watch Cruzeiro. Nothing interesting around the hotel at all, you're stuck with their restaurant.
