I had been to this hotel before and thought I would stay again after eight years. For value, I think it still holds up. I was on an upper floor so it was quiet. Location was OK for me with a lot of variety of places to shop and eat. Taxis are always available close by. The staff was friendly. Everything was OK!

Breakfast was the best in this hotel. Different choice of fruits, fresh juices, pan de chieso. Surprisingly great breakfast for this property. Room was ok, however, bathroom was not. Tap in the sink was wobbly and shaky, both the room and bathroom were run down, the location is down town, however, down town is an iffy area, and considering that I went everywhere by Uber, I would have preferred another hotel in a better area. All in all, it was a good value for money, however, I realized that it is possible to find better hotels in better areas for similar money. People are great and the breakfast is great, however, I would choose a different area in the future. See above, bathroom, soft madrace, run down atmosphere in the room, the area

The only positive thing about is that is hear the train Station. WiFi not working, room had empty ketchup pouches on the fridge, linen old and had a hole and bfast with overly fried scrambled eggs to some bits even greenish. Overpriced. Near the train station only positive thing fora 7am departure.

There were two elevators on the fritz, and only one working. Besides, it was really slow. Staff didn't look please to work and help. My bedroom was noisy and hard to sleep.

The hotel is close to Belo Horizonte main bus coach where the airport buses arrive at so its location is quite convenient and central. The hotel location is rough so watch your back when going in and out of it, but on the other hand it's near everything.

Excellent value for money. Comfortable and clean. Good location. Good breakfast There was no bedside light. The bathroom was not very comfortable.

Location was great , breakfast delicious (many options), very cleanliness, staff helpful as well, they have parking lot for 20 BRL/day. Some days we could hear some noise at the street due some kind of festival, however sleeping was still possible ?
