Ripped sheets; needed glass, plate and knife to enjoy cheese and beer (bought at the central market), hotel refused to provde, We had to buy them. Dirty floor; toilet would not flush sometimes

Worst property I’ve ever experienced in my life The lady at the reception was the rudest person ever. She made us wait for over one hour at 1am

- The room is clean - Staff is very pleasant - Hotel in the middle of the city centre - There is a few snacks that you can buy at the reception and you can also use a microwave there. - There is also a small balcony in the room I stayed and it was a positive surprise! I know it is in the middle of the city centre, but the windows could have better acoustic insulation. There is a *lot* of noise. I was on the 13rd floor, so very high up and still it was hard to sleep because of the constant music outside the building. There is also some constant 'beep noise' from inside the hotel (i dont know if it was the elevators, or what was it, but it is non-stop)

Breakfast was good and the dining room was large and comfortable. The location is great and we could walk everywhere. The room was clean. We asked for a room with a double bed and got a room with three singles. We pushed the beds together, but they moved easily, so it wasn't a good solution. The hotel staff warned us not to walk around with valuables and to be back in the hotel by 9pm.

Breakfast were okay, not anything special. Location is in the heart of the city so nothing to complain about there. The room was big. The staff were very sweet and wanted to help, but it was hard since they didn't speak a word of english.

The location is just the worse. All the noise from the street was getting in our bedroom as if we were sleeping outside. Just couldn’t fall asleep at all! They need better sound proof windows.
